Arthur was genuinely brilliant - he came out to clear a blocked gully and when he arrived our kitchen had already flooded from a washing machine pipe that had come completely loose. He sorted both without batting an eyelid. Fast, professional, and you can tell he actually gives a damn. Exactly the kind of tradesman you hope turns up. Highly recommend Core Drainage.

Absolutely Fabulous! Couldn't recommend Core Drainage enough! So professional. Arthur managed to fit us in today, we were absolutely desperate we had sewage pouring into our back yard, it was horrid. We have a dog and a young baby and couldn't let them go anywhere near. Arthur cleared the blockage, he asked lots of questions before he came and from that knew what the problem was and got straight on to it when he arrived. He was done within the hour and I was so impressed that no VAT or call-out was charged. More than competive pricing from the companies we had spoken to already but with Core drainage from just the initial phone call you could tell he knew what he was talking about and had a lot of knowledge and experience.
He cleared the blockage and cleaned up and disinfected the yard! So happy, thank you sooo much!!!

Highly recommend this company for help with a range of drainage problems. This is the third time I have used this company to help me with a number of drainage challenges after I had an extension built. Cant thank Arthur enough for his knowledge and expertise in sorting out these problems for me. His work is of a very high standard and you can tell from speaking to him that he cares about the quality of the workmanship. He will always find a way around the problem and takes the time to discuss this with you, which is refreshing as most you speak to try to put obstacles in the way.

I have used Blocked Drains Liverpool Core Drainage on several occasions at various rental properties. Core have always given me notice before arriving on site so I could meet them and then just got straight on with investigations and rectifying the problem. The most recent occasion I had a blocked drain I thought it was just the exterior kitchen sink drain but unfortunately all the drains were blocked! Core Drainage very quickly identified this, cleared the blockage using a high pressure jetter. When they left everything was flowing again and all the surfaces were clean and tidy.
Can't recommend this company enough!!
