IST A NIGHTMARE

I am really upset and worried about my account. Every person I’ve spoken to in the past two weeks has given me different information. There were some issues with my last payment. No one from your side called me, I just got a notification that they would charge me again, so I called, and since then I’ve been talking to three different people over the past two weeks. One told me that we need until tomorrow to check your payment, that it’s in process, and promised to call me the next day and he didn’t, so I called the next day and they told me, oh no, we couldn’t process your payment because your account is on hold, you need to sign some documents and everything will be fine to process your payment. I signed two documents, but today I received an email that my account is still on hold! So, what is going on? Who is lying?! One of the people I spoke to scared me and I feel a little threatened, because they said I will lose all my payments and accounts. What?! I’ve been calling and calling and calling. Please, I need help!!!

Providing clear and accurate updates is important, and we understand how receiving conflicting explanations regarding the status of your account would be concerning.

Our records indicate that there were issues related to the processing of your recent payment that required additional review. During that process, certain documentation was needed before your account could proceed. We understand that you completed the requested documents; however, additional processing time may have been necessary before the account status could be updated, which may explain why you later received a notification indicating the account remained on hold.

We also take seriously your concern that you did not receive a promised follow-up call and that you were left having to repeatedly contact our office for updates. That is not the level of communication we strive to provide, and we regret the inconvenience this caused.

Regarding your concern that you were told you would "lose all your payments and accounts," we understand why that statement would have been alarming. We want to clarify that all funds you have contributed are maintained in a third-party account established in your name, over which you retain full control. There are no fees to establish this account, and Cordoba Legal Group only earns performance-based fees after results are achieved, as outlined in the agreement. Any concern regarding your account status should be addressed based on the specific circumstances of your file rather than through generalized statements.

Our team will be reaching out directly to review your account, clarify the current status of the hold, confirm that all required documentation has been received, explain any remaining requirements, and answer any outstanding questions so that this matter can be resolved as quickly as possible.
