I am really upset and worried about my account. Every person I’ve spoken to in the past two weeks has given me different information. There were some issues with my last payment. No one from your side called me, I just got a notification that they would charge me again, so I called, and since then I’ve been talking to three different people over the past two weeks. One told me that we need until tomorrow to check your payment, that it’s in process, and promised to call me the next day and he didn’t, so I called the next day and they told me, oh no, we couldn’t process your payment because your account is on hold, you need to sign some documents and everything will be fine to process your payment. I signed two documents, but today I received an email that my account is still on hold! So, what is going on? Who is lying?! One of the people I spoke to scared me and I feel a little threatened, because they said I will lose all my payments and accounts. What?! I’ve been calling and calling and calling. Please, I need help!!!
