I have been attempting to cancel my contract and have not received a response to my cancellation email sent 4 days ago. I want my contract immediately canceled and my money refunded. In the four months since I signed up, this company has failed to contact any creditors, yet they continue collecting monthly payment. Their inaction has actively damaged my credit score, and I am now receiving letters from debt collection law firms. Save yourself the stress: contact a legitimate non-profit credit counseling agency instead. They can help lower your interest rates, establish a structured payment plan, and pay your creditors monthly—all while protecting your credit rating.
