Dishonest Agency. Avoid.
We are very disappointed with our experience booking through Coral Sun Villas. I highly recommend to avoid booking with this agency.
1) We booked a 1-week family vacation for 9 people and spent a lot of time looking for the perfect place. Prior to booking, we asked if the villa included a regulation-size table tennis. We even offered to contribute to the costs of buying one if there wasn't one. I mentioned to the agency that having a normal sized table at the property was a condition for us to book. The agency confirmed in writing that it was there. We booked and paid €5,200 for 1 week. On arrival, what was missing was the normal-sized ping pong table. This was not a misunderstanding but a deliberate lie, misleading us to spend €5,200. When we raised the issue, Coral Sun avoided the topic entirely and never offered an apology.
2) We further reported other issues with the property, e.g. broken or malfunctioning equipment and hygiene concerns. While staff visited to inspect those issues, none of them were fixed.
3) On checkout, the cleaning crew arrived 1 hour early and entered rooms without permission while we were still getting ready. An unacceptable invasion of privacy.
4) When we asked for a partial refund, the agency offered a ridiculous 3.8% refund and threatened with legal action if we post a review about our experience.
In short, Coral Sun Villas had a very negative impact on a family vacation we were all looking forward to. They show no interest in guest satisfaction or professional conduct and we strongly advise booking elsewhere.

We are concerned by the review as it includes a number of untruths. Coral Sun Villas has been serving customers in the holiday rentals sector for over 25 years and we take all steps to ensure that our customers have a beautiful holiday in our properties. Therefore, we take seriously any issues raised by customers during their stays and always take steps to resolve them promptly. In relation to the specific points raised in the review:
1) The customer did ask for a regulation-size table-tennis table but we were never told that there was an offer to contribute to the cost of buying one.
2) In relation to the allegation for broken or malfunctioning equipment, we asked the villa owner to visit the property and when he did, he explained to the customers how to use the equipment it was clear that the equipment was not broken and the customers told him that they were happy. We are surprised that this issue is raised here. In particular, during the villa owner’s visit, he answered all questions and explained how the equipment (e.g. gym equipment, oven etc.) should be operated.
3) In relation to the professional cleaning crew, they arrived a few minutes before checkout and no issues were reported to us at the time.
4) In relation to the refund, we offered as a gesture of goodwill a refund of EUR200 for any inconvenience caused. The customers requested a refund of 50% which is disproportionate to any inconvenience they may have suffered.
