Ordered Early November and it’s were now in the middle of March and I still haven’t received anything , nor have I received a refund that I have asked for multiple times.

Email is signed off from Carolyn , and it’s all just generic replies they send to everyone….

Avoid like the plague. Trading standards need to get involved. Scam.

It's a scam, they take payment and nothing ships. They string you along and after I try to cancel they say no problem and nothing. Had to get it reversed by visa. So just rum away!

Ordered early November, had a couple of emails via “customer support” stating they were looking into the delay but still nothing as of February, no answer from their customer service now I’m after a return of money!
Massive scam.

Ordered a Jacket in November and did get nothing they even do not reply to mails or refund the money. I think they are scammers.

Ordered a grey shark-skin combat jacket.
No delivery but plenty of platitudes regarding problems with production and logistics.
Subsequently, a refund was promised and would be received within 7 days. Surprise, surprise, no refund.

My order was when this was called VELARRIO. The website was clean and VERY well written and overall I had a great experience. I did a trial purchase of 2 Mesh Polo shirts and mesh sneakers. They emailed my delivery details and apologized for a 2 week delay on top of the "normal 2 weeks". The tracking was updated and accurate all the way to delivery.

Everything arrived and the quality & fit was great. I noticed a name change to Coral-Clay and so I emailed. I received an email explaining the change and in all my correspondence was never a BOT and always fast.

I have just tried to order again but recieved, "this is store is currently not taking orders". I have emailed them but have not received a response.

I'm convinced it WAS legitimate for my first order but my feeling is they've collapsed. I guess I was a lucky one based on reviews above.

I ordered a jacket, looked great, website too. However, there is no jacket. Its been 47 days since my payment. I want to find a way to screw these farken chinese pieces of shait

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. 7 weeks since I bought a jacket which never arrived. No updates, no tracking number, just waste of time and money. Facebook should check better the companies advertising on the platform.

Ordered Combat Pro Defender Jacket via Facebook, two months and it didn’t arrive. Raised dispute through my bank to cancel payment. A waste of my time and energy, and the money isn’t in my pocket. I am a dog walker, I was waiting and relying on the jacket. They are gaining legitimacy through Facebook and visual presentation, yet behind the shopfront it’s more like Bury New Road, Cheetham Hill…

Ordered early November, received email saying order shipped, nothing received, chased delivery, response is ‘order being processed’. Asked for refund, nothing received. They are lying.

Fraudulent site… no delivery and it’s almost 2months now

SCAM ! Ordered 23/10 - today 22/11 - Never received anything !
Paid 121,80€ for nothing :('
DON't ORDER !! Website looks great but it's only fake!

Ordered through a Facebook homepage advert….. bumped!!! Jacket is a no show, no emails, no way to contact them🙈 angry at my own stupidity but also baffled that these kind of dirty scammers aren’t banned from social media sites?!!

Don't ever trust this company. They are fake. I bought a jacket from them and they never send me one. I received reply from them to pretend that they are genuine but they are not. Please please please don't buy from them. They are really fake. Please don't waste your money. Thanks

Would give zero if possible. They’re a scam, ordered jacket, didn’t receive confirmation email only said order confirmed and can track on Shop. No sign of it on my shop app. Emailed them twice and contacted them through the contact form on their website and heard nothing. DO NOT order from them, they just take your money and you don’t get your order.

Dropshipping website, send from china horrible delivrey delay.
Go to aliexpress or things like that if you want a cheaper version and with the same delay
