Thank you TrustPilot for this information. And I thank Paypal for not allowing my payment to this fraudster to go through.
Paypal's refusal to process my payment gave me the time to re-think about this purchase and double-check with TrustPilot. Wow! That was close.
Now, if you check the website cooludi.com, you can clearly see that they fail to display a proper and legal Impressum, and in the fine print (under "über uns"), their company location is in an office somewhere in China.

UNTRUST WORTHY COMPANY

I've experience one of the worst moments of my life. I would like for the company to know that this company can not be trusted. Ladies and gentlemen; if you buy that wi-fi item, be advised that there is no INTERNET in this item. You also will not recieve a full refund, for what you ordered. I will be sure to tell everyone that I know; DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE...
