Not a great experience, particularly considering the premium price.

First issue was sourcing the CO2 nozzle, long trail of emails to get any traction on it. Ended up having to order a second one. Second one, the delivery cost more than the item...

Now trying to use it and the barrel is extremely temperamental. Some time the valve fails to lose properly and leak the entire content straight away. Some times it holds it but once it reaches a point when pressure is low that it doesn't stay closed any more and leak again.... I don't know.

By the way, the CO2 nozzle has similar issues, and yes, everything is lubed properly. I'm guessing rough finished in some of the parts...

The laser stopped working after just a training session... I'm hopping is just the batteries, but fearing the worse at this point.

Not sure if have been unlucky and got a dud, or just the quality is not there...

The device is a perfect way to safetly practice at home recoil movement as well as to getting use to your gun.

Good quality, innovative product.
BUT, without MAJOR effort to manage CO2 supply tank temperature, it is useless.
Cool Fire recommends a coffee cup warmer as an accessory you MAY want to purchase. Without it you have NO chance of the recoil unit working past 1 shot, and if shooting indoors you will need a far more significant heater setup, like an electric sock to wrap the bottle with.

You kept me informed as to when the item was available. It works great and it is a very good, realistic training tool.

Even with the loc tight, the rapid fill adapter with laser looses its zero after only a couple of refills.

Coolfire’s superior customer is surpassed only by their products. I was so impressed by my first kit i purchased 4 more!

I am very pleased with this training device in general. I was more impressed however with the level of customer service. I have recommenede this device and company to several friends and family members.

I include the cool fire trainer along side my mantis 10 dry fire trainer with my mantis set on live fire and it works just as if I was firing live rounds. Made my dry & live fire training the best I could ask for. GREAT JOB!!

I received the wrong barrel and they were super helpful figuring out the problem and sending me the correct one right away.

I like it a lot. should have bought the larger attachment, but it's pretty good with the standard ...

3 star rating because the little bottle of lubricant was empty. Then I contacted coolfiretrainer.com and was told and given an address I could order the lubricant.
I did not get any, so they wanted me to just order some more lubricant

Is a great product, and the customer service is amazing.

Easy to order and fast delivery. The cool fire trainer works well but I did have to add a little locktite to the barrel threads as it kept unscrewing when I removed the laser/quick fill.

Overall I like the product and it is beneficial for training. There is a small issue with the laser “doubling” and getting two shots in different positions on a laser recording program.
