I’m a former employee of this company. The quality of the products is very low and prices are too high. No support after purchase.I quit because the company is more focused on earning than on satisfying customers.
First and last time I buy a new Cooler Master product. Bought a new case, part of the front IO is faulty, tried getting a replacement sorted but unable to do so via their website for my case, guessing it’s too new? So contacted them via Facebook of which I was ignored. So emailed them with all the info they’d need including screenshots of receipt and serial number.
I got a rapid response but Cooler Masters wilful ignorance was once again on display. Requesting information that I had already provided and then following that up with a “We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused” I know it’s most likely apart of their template but with the amount of ignorance and time I’ve been ignored is pretty bad. Save yourself a headache, don’t buy Cooler Master. They’ll waste your time, ignore any and all information you provide and this is probably on purpose in the hopes you’ll give up.

Ive owned Cosmos cases since the 90s, had 5 each one lasting me about 10 years, the most recent one I bought being the C700M is an insane chassis for a enthusiast level build, being the most recent this obviously came with RGB LED's, somthing of a temperamental add in for current gen chassis, my LED failed twice over 3 years, each time I reached out to support they didnt look at my "out of date" warranty, they literally supported me by providing replacement parts for free and providing "how to" guides on replacing malfunctioned parts, Every email every point of contact was met with courtesy and genuine interest in helping me, their support team stayed with me until I was satisfied and had a fully functioning product, its extremely rare to find corporate companies providing individual support to their customers and I am actually grateful at cooler master eu for staying with me to the end until my support issue was fully resolved, so thank you again, Hobib Ali
