fraud

I placed an order, and the money was withdrawn from my account! Then I was informed that all transactions are checked for fraud, and as a result, my order was canceled, and I was told I have to wait 5 business days for a refund? Are you serious? Why should I have to wait at all?

Your customer service keeps canceling my chat requests! It seems like the real fraud here is you!!!

Shady business practices

The product I bought still had warranty, but Coolblue is clearly doing everything it can, to come up with excuses not to replace it.

Edit: Regarding the reply. The first time I only sent the part that was broken. Then they sent it back saying it needs to be the complete product. The second time I returned it, it was the full product. Then they sent it back without repairing it, claiming it was dirty.
It's important to note: Both times the problem could have already been solved by just replacing a part.
Also if the parts were too dirty, which they weren't, then you could also remark this the first time around.

Bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max 1Tb

Bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max 1Tb, December 4th, for delivery December 5th. PostNL tried to deliver an empty box, which I refused to accept. Now Coolblue keeps telling me they have to await the outcome of a research by PostNL? Why? I fulfilled my end of the deal and Coolblue sends the package with insurance.

What clarity would the PostNL research bring? "Yes the phone was stolen by one of our employees"? What outcome of the research would there be that would result in me being at fault?

12 days have gone by at this writing and there has been no status update since.... Well done!

The service is amazing

The service is amazing, people super friendly and the deliver is super fast. I am really impressed. Best website to buy, specially in Germany where everything takes minimum 1-2 weeks to be delivered.

stolen phone replacement

Having had my 3 month old phone stolen from an exhibition I needed a replacement fast. Due to pending travel arrangements i needed the phone urgently. The Coolblue website told me Saturday 7th delivery which would have been perfect as I fly 9th Dec morning. This will now be delivered Monday after I had left!!
Apparently it arrived at 12.30 CET. Otherwise the Coolblue system seems to work well.

Package lost means waiting for months for refund

If a package get lost, one has to wait months for the return of one's money. The internal procedure mandates that they wait for response of the delivery company (DHL) in my case. Why? If they refund immediately, they have a happy customer. If I would get my package anyway, they would have access to the successful delivery. There's no risk involved here for them to distrust their customers.

Miele vacuum cleaner "free delivery"

Miele vacuum cleaner "free delivery", after three days "go pick up yourself" at a Coolblue pickup point. Taxi: €50. Promised delivery: next day. Coolblue order No. 84113533 dated 11 October 2024. Coolblue chat: why don't you write us an email? PostNL kept sending emails to wait at home, the driver is on its way near my address. Wasted three days. Chat: it will take weeks to get a refund.

Disappointing Delivery Experience – Multiple Issues

I usually expect great service from Coolblue, but this time around, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. It all started on the 8th of October when I ordered an LG fridge (Order No: 84043701). Upon delivery, I discovered the fridge had mold, and its Wi-Fi didn’t work. I was understandably disappointed and decided to spend extra money on a completely new fridge (Order No: 84072675).

When the second fridge arrived on the 11th of October, I was disheartened to see that it was already dented straight out of the box. So, once again, I had to call customer service and arrange for a replacement.

Today, the 12th of October, the third fridge (Order No: 84111170) arrived, but things went from bad to worse. The delivery person refused to unpack the fridge or place it in the designated spot, citing “company policy.” Now, I’m left wondering how I’m supposed to move a 140kg fridge without any proper equipment. And to make matters worse, I have to wait until Tuesday for someone to come and unpack it for me.

Three deliveries, three problems. This is far from the level of service I’ve come to expect from Coolblue, and honestly, I’m at my wits’ end. I hope the company can resolve this soon, but for now, I’m incredibly disappointed.

Received a Shattered Monitor

When I received my monitor and opened the box, the screen was shattered. It looks like they sent me a broken monitor from the start, as there’s no way it could have been damaged with such firm packaging during transport. I chose to buy from CoolBlue because I needed the monitor quickly, but now I have to return it and wait a couple of weeks for a replacement. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with! Customer support is useless and doesn't solve any issues. I purchased a new MacBook from their website, and it arrived with a defect. I sent it in for repair, and they told me it would take no more than 9 days. Since I urgently need the laptop for work and have a planned move, I emphasized how important it was for me to get it back on time. Despite this, the repair didn't progress, and they extended the timeframe to 2 weeks. In the end, two weeks have passed since I sent them the laptop, and it hasn't even been sent to the service center yet. The only solution they offered me was to return my BROKEN laptop, and they can't even guarantee it will reach me before my move. Don't buy anything from this company! They are absolutely terrible!!!

SCAMMERSSSSS!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I wish I could give this review a negative 5 stars because wow these people are thiefs. How can you even sell broken devices and then not expect the customers to be upset? The customer service is probably the worst I have ever experience and I have experienced a lot of bad customer services. But this tops it all. I will never buy from this company ever again and do not recommend anyone to purchase something from here unless you like being scammed then go ahead.
