If you want to lose money, join Coolbet. They don´t even try to hide it. Bad players with bad hands constantly get runner runner to beat the better hand, like nowhere else. And of course, the same tired lie that the algorithm is completely random. No, it´s not. It´s fraud.
And don´t even get me started on the Casino.
It´s even worse. Designed for you to lose your money.

I strongly advise that everyone should read this review about Coolbet, regardless if you just bets for fun or bets serous with bigger amounts. Let’s begin with stating that Polar Limited who runs the sportsbook coolbet.com is the biggest and only fraudulent betting site that I have come by so far, and I have used more than 10 different sportsbook. No other betting company has ever confiscated all my winnings (around $8000) and even worse than that, and worst of all also confiscated major parts of my deposits (about 75% of my deposits confiscated by Polar Limited). They had the guts to only return about 25% of my deposits which was my last deposit that I made. Polar Limited vague explanation for confiscating all my winnings and bigger parts of my deposits was the same cop-out that I’m sure they usually presents to most of the winning bettors (that wins big), that the user has violated their rules without showing any evidence (like an default excuse to avoid paying bigger winning bettors). I have a long detailed record of screenshots of every bet that I made, also every conversation that I had with customer service through their chat that further highlight Polar Limiteds scamming practices by consistently asking for documents in order to verify steps (proof of address and proof of payment) that already been previously verified and accepted by them. Thus once they have accepted and marked a step as verified, they wait a day or two to all of sudden removed the accepted and verified step to once again ask for the verification of the same step. Very odd, fishy and fraudulent way to operate their verification process.
I have done a deep dive through Polar Limited fraudulent and deceptive practices. I have been in contact with other winning bettors that have used coolbet.com and as I anticipated they (the big winning bettors) also had their winnings confiscated with the same vague explanation (violation of their rules without showing any proof, not giving any records at all) used as cop-out in order to not pay the winnings. Most of the winning bettors that has been scammed of their winnings by Polar Limited go directly to the gaming commission and or eventually take legal action as the last resort and forgets to write reviews on sites like Trustpilot. It is very important that as many people as possible become aware by Polar Limited (coolbet.com) scamming, fraudulent and deceptive business practices. This is very essential in order to prevent new bettors (who aren’t aware of what kind frauds Polar Limited really are) from opening an account on coolbet.com. The word needs to get out there and get widely spread that the sportsbook coolbet.com runed by Polar limited needs to get more blacklisted for operating under fraudulent practices. For every wining bettor out there that’s been scammed by Coolbet I highly advise you to write reviews on sites like Trustpilot, also raise the issue on social media and any forums because more awareness need a to be raised about Polar Limited fraudulent operations.

settles bets wrongfully, had a bet settled as a loss when opta has the official stats showing it should have been a win, provided evidence and a link to opta showing that it should have been settled as a win but was told decision was final.

Not possible to deposit money i tried writing customer service but they cant help with anything tried 2 Different cards and some of the other ways to deposit but none working................Tried before too same shit......

This site doesn't feel legitimate at all. I think the all the bad reviews are justified. I will never use the site again.

Coolbet was very good until recently last month they shifted their policy to ban/limit to peanuts all winners and professional bettors on their platform now it's just another scam platform like Betsson Unibet etc.stick to reliable platforms like Pinnacle.Sbobet and Betfair Exchange

I bet on a US political event (yeah you know which one). As a side-effect of my bet I got a meagre 500kr bonus to place on sports bets. I spent a night losing some, then winnning some, just about doubling that 500kr. I had no intention of withdrawing that yet. My main bet was the big one and I intented to let that ride until November.

The next day they wanted pay slips and I could not place further bets. I am an entrepreneur so I gave them ample proof of income from my earnings. I waited a couple hours and turned to live chat support. They suggested I send more income info, so I sent 3 months worth of data. Still no reaction. I turned to the live agent again, told them I was an entrepeneur and they suggested I send my corporate registration info, which I did. The people at the verification department did not once write me an email even, opting to communicate with me throught the popup on the site (no paper trail, very clever).

Some hours later my entire account was cancelled. My original bet was repaid but my winnings from the bonus were not, 1018kr gone.

Their motivation? Some vague letter stating about every part of their terms and conditions. I was not aware that a single bet on the biggest US political event could even trigger that. Obviously a completely bogus act of desperation. If the company has the opportunity to weasel themselves out of bad deals for them, I ought to be able to do it with bets that do not go my way either.

Now I have pressured them to delete every shred of my data according to GDPR, but I doubt they will comply. Weasely companies like these should not be allowed to exist in EU. I'd feel safer putting a bit with better odds on Polymarket.

I will keep on leaning on the Swedish gaming regulators to can these shifty bugger's license in Sweden. I also intend to pour gall over their reputation every time their name is mentioned online. I absolutely guarantee that I will cost them multiples more than the 1018kr they ripped from me.

I would say coolbet is the best gambling plattform, i have always got my money, they show their RTP on slots and many is 97%+. Poker do have a little high rake. And it is a Hassle to confirm documents but if everything is okey it should be safe 4/5

I have been betting on coolbet for a week now and when i finally won and tried to withdraw the money they just froze my account and didint accept my documents and i tried again but they told me my documents of my bank and passport were fake. Do not bet there its a scam i lost 60€

The 100% deposit bonus is a total scam! do not use. The bonus says they'll match your first deposit but in fine print, only if you wager it 6 times. So I put in $200 not knowing that I'll have to wager that 6x for a total of $1200. I play low stakes and hit some nice parlays and oh yeah, you only have a month to do so. I deposit $50 . They give me a $50 promo on top of it. Make a number of bets which I won. Find out they were using their "promo code" for those. Okay. Came time to carry on betting another tournament and find out I didn't win jack spit as that was all done on the "promo" and not that actual REAL money I had transferred to them and the "promo" had expired thus all my winnings had too. Effing load of bull site.

Got scammed. They own me 1.2k but then i got account verification and it has taken over 3 weeks…

9 Days waiting for verification. 10 days for withdrawal. Live support keeps saying "we have a long que". Twitter account don't help. Instagram don't help.
Stay away to be safe. Says 99% Customer satisfaction its not true. Says quick deposits and withdrawals not true also. They owe me $3500. I'll update review to 5 star if they pay me

Extremely fast payouts, they usually approve my withdrawals within 10 quick minutes. Money on my bank account 1-2 days after max.
