Det största problemet uppstod när jag ville ta ut pengar. Istället för en smidig process blev kontot plötsligt begränsat och i praktiken stängt ned, med krav på verifieringar som redan tidigare hade godkänts. Det skapar en stark känsla av att uttag försvåras i onödan.

Helhetsintrycket är en oseriös hantering av kunder, särskilt när det gäller pengar. Jag kan tyvärr inte rekommendera tjänsten till någon!

My experience with Coolbet has been very poor overall. The customer service is extremely messy, slow, and provides contradictory information. It feels like no one really knows what is going on, and you get different answers depending on who you speak to.

The biggest issue occurred when I tried to withdraw money. Instead of a smooth process, my account was suddenly restricted and effectively shut down, with verification requirements that had supposedly already been approved before. This creates a strong impression that withdrawals are being made unnecessarily difficult.

Overall, the handling of customers feels unprofessional, especially when it comes to money. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Coolbet withhold all funds, deposited and bonus amounts until 6x original deposit aamount has been wagered at minimum 1.5 odds.
So if you win a bet at under 1.5 odds with your own deposited money, they do not pay winnings.

I’ve been using this company for about a year without major issues, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing.
A few days ago, €100 was credited to my account by the company. I used this money to play, and only after it had already been wagered, the company suddenly deducted the same €100 from my balance — without any explanation.
What makes the situation worse is that customer support has been completely ignoring me for three days. No clarification, no response, nothing.
This behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency. I strongly recommend being very careful when dealing with this company.

Update - 4days without any answer from their customer service but i get repy here at Trustpilot. Will see if they continue ignoring or will try to solve it.

There are so many gambeling sites and bookies out there. Sadly as a Norwegian i have to go through loopholes to play at Coolbet.

BUT! Even with the extra steps Coolbet is worth it. They provide a good and easy UI. They have awsome promotions: Like

The reason for a 4 out of 5 is the poker. It feels so baited with everyone hitting insane draws and insane suck outs happens way to often.

Apart from that i would recommend Coolbet to anyone! I wish they took over for the state driven «Norsk Tipping» but sadly we dont live in a free country, and the state decides where i lose my money.

Id also love to see the cash out option during the matches and not just after a match is finished

This is the best casino I played, the withdrawal time is fast, minutes to an hour. I did trigger an account verification and it was a little hassle but I got verified at the end. Their support is always online 24/7 and games are universal online providers so cant be rigged.

The best casino in terms of RTP and withdraw time. Sometimes it takes less than an hour from my withdraw request until the money is in my revolut account. Never had any problems, even if there has been some trouble the support has always sorted it out for me.

Very disappointing experience. The betting options only allowed choosing either fighter to win — no draw option. The fight was tied after three rounds, went to an extra round, and my fighter won and was declared the official winner. Despite this, the bet was settled as a draw/void and I did not get paid. Other betting sites, such as Epicbet, settled the exact same fight as a win.
