For our standard sized items such as Cooker Hoods, Hobs, Microwaves and Mini Fridge Freezers, we offer a Free next working day tracked delivery service and for our larger items such as Ovens, Range Cookers, Washing Machines and Dishwashers we use a White Goods Delivery company who contacts you to make suitable delivery arrangements. Cookology is based in Haverhill, Suffolk having outgrown our premises in Bishop's Stortford on the Hertfordshire, Essex border, near London Stansted. We are an intimate company with friendly and helpful staff standing by to take phone orders, answer your emails quickly and give you advice on buying appliances for your kitchen. We never pressure customers into buying and the only people we share your details with are the courier companies and review companies we use.

Great products, good prices

I ordered a hob, oven and extractor. These were delivered quickly on the date specified. All items were packaged well so there was no damage. I am waiting for these items to be fitted in my new kitchen but I had similar items in my previous kitchen and was very pleased with them. The quality is good and the prices are very reasonable.

Extremely please with my purchases

I bought a 5 ring induction hob 8 years ago. It recently stopped working and I instantly replaced it with the newer version with only a £50 price increase in 8 years. So pleased with both of them . I have also bought an intergrated freezer . It’s quiet and happy with it so far . I highly recommend cookology

great oven the only thing i would say…

great oven the only thing i would say is the sides were protect but the one face that need protecting the glass front with knobs only had cardboard protection and of course one of the knobs was broken and i had to glue it on.

I expected to receive all necessary…

I expected to receive all necessary items to be able to install the cooker hob BUT I did not receive a suitable piece of wire to connect it.Also a friend of mine received a method of fastening their hood down - a bit like a draught excluder - u just remove the paper & the sticky surface was there ! to use to stick it down. This had made it difficult / impossible to find an electrician who charges less than a £100. to do the job.

Excellent customer service

I had a problem with the goods I ordered, and was immediately offered a replacement or refund. I chose refund, and the money was back in my account within hours. A very honourable and helpful company. I have bought from them before, and their products are of good quality.

Really positive experience overall

Really positive experience overall. The item arrived slightly dented, but customer service responded quickly and offered a partial refund, which I was happy with.

Unfortunately, the dryer later stopped working, but again they handled it quickly and issued a full refund without any hassle.

It’s a shame the product didn’t last, but I can’t fault the customer service at all — very responsive and easy to deal with.

I love Cookology and have ordered from…

I love Cookology and have ordered from them many times. The shopping experience is always easy and smooth, and I really like their products.

However, the delivery service they use is very poor. My order was delivered to the wrong address. Even if there was a small mistake in the address, the postcode was correct, and the driver didn’t check the recipient’s name before leaving the parcel.

Because of this, I had to arrange to collect the parcel myself. Luckily, the person who received it was kind enough to contact me and keep it safe for a few days. Otherwise, it could have been left outside and lost.

I also had to find someone with a car to go and pick it up, as Cookology couldn’t arrange a collection immediately.

This was very inconvenient and doesn’t reflect the quality of your products. I would strongly recommend improving the delivery service.
