Cookology is based in Haverhill, Suffolk having outgrown our premises in Bishop's Stortford on the Hertfordshire, Essex border, near London Stansted. Had an issue with damaged delivery but customer services were great. Took a while for refund to be processed but was within advised timescales. Overall would recommend.

The item was delivered swiftly and just…
The item was delivered swiftly and just what I wanted. The package was slightly damaged as was the top of the item. I didn’t think this would affect the item but it did. After much contact with Cookology the item was returned and the cost refunded within a week.
I would recommend getting in touch with Cookology direct rather than use their app which I didn’t find helpful at all.

The cooker delivered was all damaged around the facia area and was all loose ,prob damaged in transit ? I had to use a rubber sealant to do a make shift repair .
