Purchased the nola warm dinner set described as grey, the actual colour is black to the exterior.
Two of the bowls had imperfections in the glazing, and one of the dinner plates had glazing missing to the rim.
The plates in general are irregular shaped, but the worst aspect is the plates that are not flat, they rock & move around when trying to eat from them, making them not fit for purpose.
When asking to return this product it was refused, instead the company offered to replace faulty items, which I refused, as I would have no confidence in replacements in such a poor quality product.
At the price paid I was expecting a good quality fit for purpose product, what I received was the complete opposite, with customer service to match.

Unfortunately my experience with Cookinglife is nothing but disappointing. Please be aware that their customer service is shockingly poor.
One of the products in the ordered set arrived chipped. Straight away the photographs were logged on a website, a complaint made via customer service but two weeks later I am still waiting to hear about the replacement or refund.
When I have questioned the quality of another product in the set, someone got back to me initially requesting detailed description of the problem. However 2 weeks have passed since and no communication made from the company. I emailed customer service yet again requesting update and received back an email in German written in reply to my English email. Unfortunately, google translate does not do it justice.
Extremely disappointed with overall experience.

I have ordered several items that was enamel free and I have received one with enamel. Also there was another problem with the quality of an additional wok item as well.
I have contacted customer service to find a solution to my issues but they haven’t responded to me. I have raised the claim, wrote an email and tried to call them as well.
I’m really disappointed with the whole experience.
Update: after one month of struggle with pointless email exchanges I have asked for money back for the 2 items. However the pan was part of the a 3 pack pan set. I have returned the 25cm one and kept the 16 and 20 cm ones. They have not taken into consideration even the price difference, they have just simply devided the price by 3. So I have needed up buying 2 pan at a higher price than the original one. This is what they call customer service. I have again contacted them, but no response at all.

The refund was issued even before we sent the damaged pot back in, and the one problem I had on their website was immediately solved. I guess that on most webshops it’s easy to sort on who has the lowest price, but I’d definitely recommend buying here for quality of service.

The pans are unbalanced, they don't stand over the stove and that is very dangerous, the carbon metal stains on the first use. I have sent a message to them and they never answered me back.

I have a number of Westinghouse roasting tins which, in my experience, are the only truly non-stick pans. Sadly, they appear to be no longer available via the usual UK stores; Cookinglife was the only supplier as far as I could see. Reviews for Cookinglife were polarised, but 1 star negative reviews seemed to relate to delivery of fragile items (crockery, etc.), whereas 5 star positive reviews seemed to relate to stronger items. As I wanted a roasting tin, which would be less susceptible to damage during transit, I took a chance and placed the order. So glad I did!
From placement of order to receipt, Cookinglife kept me updated with progress. The roasting tin arrived promptly and well packaged. Honestly, I can't fault Cookinglife based on my own experience.

I would never buy here anymore.

Never received the item ordered iy was damaged by the courier and never deliverd neither have I recieved the refund promised.
Oh and the AI driven chat system is TERRIBLE worst I've seen

Absolute Scam !!!!!!they sent me 1 set of culetry instead of 6. They didn’t send any knives as well. Will open a legal suit against them!!!
TERRIBLE. My order has still not arrived after nearly a month. I have sent cookinglife numerous emails to chase delivery and now to ask for a refund as the goods have never arrived. I have had no response from them, despite repeated chasers. It feels like I've been scammed and I'm very annoyed.

Ordered 6 cocktail glasses and they arrived on time but were very poorly packed for international shipment and one was broken. Informed customer service and told they cannot ship one replacement glass which was ok so we return the set for a refund.
Returns unacceptably complex and has taken numerous emails and now advised as a UK customer we have to pay for the return even though they shipped broken products. I am now involving my credit card company to dispute the charge as the goods were not supplied in their entirety and I am 100% NOT paying to ship back faulty product - avoid if UK based as their service is awful

Last year I ordered a very expensive Le Creuset pot with a pair of gloves and I was so excited to receive my order and start cooking . But what a disappointment it was when I got it to see how they sent me the package . I simply couldn’t believe that they actually sent me this expensive pot like that . Me and the delivery courier we were just staring at the box and couldn’t believe it . What they did is plaster the pair of gloves on the box of Le Creuset pot and ship it . The pot did not even have a tape to prevent someone from opening it was shipped exactly like you pick it up from the store . When I filmed the entire process with the courier and sent theme the shots and video they said they were sorry and gave me a 10% discount code for my next purchase . I told this lady that replied Marlene that I will not need their discount code.Seriously??? Like I would ever buy from this shop again . I do not recommend this store at all, look somewhere else if you want to receive your package in optimal conditions.
