Recently used and would highly recommend,I’m in my 60s and “don’t do technology “-but needed to upgrade an old tablet for a newer device, advised and supported through process without losing any info, further guidance and troubleshooting given as needed, all successfully ,reliable, honest, friendly and competent. Very positive experience .
