Titles titles … no idea!

Well … supervisor Ben, a little feedback if you care to read it, when a customer escalates an issue to a more senior level, the idea is that you endeavour to find a resolution, not acceptable is to offer … nothing, well offer what I already know. You may consider embarking on some supervisor training … just a thought!

Item returned 1st August, confirmed as received but guess what … no refund, 14 days later … really? Customer service when contacted could not have been more automated and scripted to be honest, maybe a little feedback for the representative would be to let the customer speak and do not interrupt .. that is quite rude!

Oh well … I guess I will contact you again for an update!

Lesson to anyone who is thinking of purchasing from Coggles … don’t, it isn’t worth it …

Taken 6 weeks + to investigate returns issue

i returned 3 items, they refunded only one. I've reached out to them with 12 messages in which they promise to get back to me in 2-3 working days or 5-7 working days and they just disappear. Absolute shambles and disrespectful customer services. Clearly going through financial troubles if they either can't refund people or are waiting on cash flow.

Cancel order or send wrong thing

First time I ordered from Coggles they cancelled the order because the item wasn’t in stock. However they didn’t remove it from their website after.

Second time they send me the item in the wrong colour. Impossible to get hold of anyone. Can’t return an item if it’s the wrong thing. Zero customer service or response to any messages.

Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered a Coach bag 27th December, first time customer. When my item arrived they sent a completely different bag! I had to return. Despite receiving an email stating they received my return i am still waiting on my refund. Waste of time phoning them. I have had to contact my bank to get my money back. Worst company I have ever dealt with!

Totally appalling service a one star is…

Totally appalling service a one star is a stretch.Too generous.

I ordered my daughter a gold necklace from there for £45.00 for her 16th birthday before september. They said they sent it out and that must of been a porkie pie because nada is what i have received.

" A bloody headache" and a "nightmare" - if that is what you are looking for they will deliver you that!!!

In all the communications for over 16 days nothing has come of that. I will be looking to make a claim soon against them as Im am disgusted. They should be embarrassed too have such awful feedback and to be so complacent as to do nothing to correct it.Shame on you coogles

My recent experience with Coggles

My recent experience with Coggles, a subsidiary of The Hut Group (THG), has left me utterly dismayed and disappointed. What should have been a straightforward resolution turned into a chaotic circus of errors.

First, there was the minor one alphabet error in the delivery address. Despite notifying them promptly, Coggles' customer service representative, Imogen, assured me a statement that the issue was sorted out on 28/7/2023. She has requested for the delivery driver to deliver this parcel to the correct address. However, the reality was far from her promises. The item was inexplicably called back on August 1st, leaving me puzzled and frustrated.

The circus continued with conflicting information from other cast members, including Malcolm, Katie, Akeel, and Amreen. Their lack of coordination and understanding only added to the confusion.

It is mind-boggling that a reputable company like Coggles could make such a simple issue so convoluted. Their inability to troubleshoot a minor misspelling is concerning and raises questions about their internal processes.

I find it absurd that they enforced a refund without my request and, to add insult to injury, credited my account with an arbitrary amount of 10 pounds. These actions seem more like desperate attempts to distract from their incompetence rather than genuine acts of goodwill.

Coggles' circus of customer service has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements to avoid subjecting other customers to such a spectacle.

I am left with no choice but to give Coggles a zero-star review. Their performance was nothing short of a disaster, and I urge others to approach with caution.

Worst service

I placed an order on the 28/04 that never received. 18 days later and after 5 days of trying to get a valid answer from chat and emails with the cc that could not inform me regarding the status of the order, I (!) HAD to call them in order to find out that it was lost in transit and would never have reached me. POOR ASSISTANCE & UNRELIABLE

Do not buy from Coogles

Do not buy from Coogles. I did not receive my parcel. Instead I'm being lied to about them checking up on the status of the parcel from the Courier Company and they never get back to me. After requesting a replacement package I asked them to ship via DHL and even said that I'm willing to pay for shipping charges. However, they have sent the package via the same Courier Company which did not deliver my package.
I asked them to cancel this package since it was just dispatched and it is still in the UK. They told me this may take 25 business days to cancel and for the order to get back to them.
So I have to wait for 2 months to get my refund, that is if I will ever get it.
International Customers please DO NOT BUY FROM COOGLES.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

I have ordered off of Coogles several…

I have ordered off of Coogles several times but have not needed to return anything until my last order. The items I ordered were sent separately and on receipt if they are not suitable I arrange a return straight away. The first item was straight forward and I could create a label through my account, it was returned and refunded within the 3-5 days stated. The second item was a nightmare. I couldn't create a return through my account and it took several attempts to get someone to help me. Finally, the item was posted. They received my item on the 29th September 14 days later I am still waiting for a refund. 5 days ago I was told it had been passed to the relevant department but still no communication. I have sent proof of the return. It just makes the whole thing more stressful than it needs to be and reluctant to order again. The Hut Group operate many other sites that I order from too.
