Terrible service
Terrible service. Item ordered was never delivered and they insisted it had but could provide no proof. On reporting they refused to rectify stating I had to pay again if I wanted it resent. Also would not refund my all my money stating they had to take back product cost and postage. No customer service at all. Really disappointing and costly on my part

Very poor treatment after the product is unworkable due to missing parts I tried to return it and they kept giving me £3 off like that will fix the problem I suggest don't buy anything from them they're taking around many emails so now I'm just going to reverse the charge and if they don't want to give me the return address they can tell me where to leave it because it's useless
