Issue with subscribers not getting confirmation emails. Support on chat was pushed to a "senior" support agent who suggested a few things and then ghosted me not responding to any questions.

Tried Aweber, Get Response and Mailchimp, this is the one!
After trying Aweber, Get Response, and Mailchimp, I believe I found my ideal autoresponder service. Very happy with it.
Convertkit is growing email marketing.
When i start using convertkit. It is very fast and powerful For Digital marketers and bloggers. I also get 2 Free Convertkit t-shirts.
Poor/slow support and account getting locked multiple times.
I recently transitioned from Mailchimp to Convertkit as they seemed to be very promising in terms of automation.
When I transferred all my contacts to Convertkit, they locked my account and first wanted proof. This is actually very good as nobody likes spam. But it took about 4 days until they unlocked my account. Customer support was very slow and I wasn't able to send out a few important emails.
Yesterday my account got locked again. They have a Gumroad integration, which you need to be careful with. Without warning or more information, clicking on one button will import all of your Gumroad contacts, locking your account again. I immediately contacted them to undo this and unlocking my account.
Today is the launch of a big sale that we've been working towards for months and now I'm unable to send out any emails because my account is locked again. They customer support is slow and they do not care at all for the work of their costumer.
As I pay enough, I was hoping for better support and not getting locked out so much. I cannot rely on Convert and it's for sure not helping my business!
I would not recommend Convertkit to anymore. It's a big mistake of me to sign up with them.
I have been a customer at ConvertKit…
I have been a customer at ConvertKit for 2 years but this year they have really disintegrated. I am really dissappointed. They have caused me and my business huge problems this month.
Really great service
One of my favorite tool to work with.
It's easy and powerful and customer service is here to help if there is any problem.
ConvertKit Was A Breath Of Fresh Air
I've been in the internet marketing space since 2010. I have tried and tested all the email marketing tools and software out there, from the AWeber, to GetResponse to MailChimp and more.
All the tools are great, have similar features with slightly different interfaces.
But when it comes to ConvertKit, I was totally blown away by its simplicity and ease of use.
1. Everything is so fast to work with.
2. I don't get charged extra if my lead is on different campaigns. They are all tagged and counted as ONE email.
3. The automation features are superfluous and really simple to use even for someone who's brand new.
4. Their new landing pages are neat.
5. They don't have a lot of email themes, and for a good reason. It brings back the focus on writing and not just designing mailers.
6. Their customer support is super quick and friendly.
7. And I can see that they are building this platform based on speed, performance, and essentialism.
I don't think I can move to any other email marketing tool as a digital content creator after using ConvertKit.
ConvertKit has been a great tool for my…
ConvertKit has been a great tool for my website, CELTA Helper. It has helped me to grow my email list from zero to over 1400 subscribers. Although ConvertKit is one of the pricier options, it comes with pop-ups and landing pages and is definitely the most intuitive platform I've found for email marketing.
