Unfair refund policy — beware before subscribing

I accidentally purchased the annual Unlimited plan on Convertio and contacted their support immediately after noticing the charge. Despite explaining the situation and the fact that I have not meaningfully used the service, they refused to issue a refund, citing their strict no-refund policy.

This is disappointing because EU consumer law normally provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, unless clearly waived — something that was not made clear in the checkout process.

Convertio did cancel the auto-renewal, but I am now forced to keep a one-year subscription I never intended to buy.

Potential customers should be aware of this lack of flexibility and poor customer care before paying for a plan.

l'unique Site qui permet de telecharger et convertir en EPUB un document PDF. beaucoup de sites offrent la conversion gratuite, mais c'est du pipeau. arrives au telechargement du fichier s'affiche une page de paiement obligatoire. donc, publicite mensongere. Avec Convertio, le document a bien ete converti et telecharge sans probleme. merci!
