The narrator quality was very poor

The narrator quality was very poor. Recording sounds as though they are in a cave.

Narrator actually made errors and had to start over. These errors should be edited out.

At the time of the purchase

At the time of the purchase, I wasn’t able to see what edition NASCLA book was. I actually need 3 for the exam 8th 9th and 10th, but of course I purchased 11th. I contacted them but that didn’t go nowhere. I still need 3 nascla books. Other book is over tabbed, my study guide has only third of those tabs. Tabs are sticky not neat at all and I can’t even fix that. I would not recommend those books.

Thank you for your feedback. For the Class A/B exam, the NASCLA Contractors’ Guide to Business Law and Project Management must be the 11th edition. This requirement took effect February 1st of this year, and only the 11th edition is permitted. The 10th edition is no longer accepted. The 11th edition is also the required/accepted edition for the RBC exam. If you’d like to verify this from the testing administrator, you can confirm the approved reference materials directly with PSI, as they maintain the most current exam resource and edition requirements.

Multiple Problems

Couldn't sign in. Had to set-up new account. Couldn't see past orders Had to call for help but always had to leave messages which were usually not responded to. Got one email response which listed wrong program for purchase. Price higher than past May when originally purchased. Missed President's Day sale because no one responded to me in time. Continued problems with websites and getting to our info.

Only be able to take assessments and…

Only be able to take assessments and test once for a nearly $2000 price tag is bogus.

Audio quality isn’t good. I haven’t gotten the texts in the mail yet, so maybe that will save you, but otherwise I would say this is an incredibly overpriced, poor quality experience.

I will reserve final judgment until the books come and I take the test and see how prepared I felt based on your material.

It’s a short, 5-question sample designed to give a quick preview of the question style and format. The full Practice Exam is a separate option located directly below that section, and it’s the one intended for more complete, exam-style practice. The sample assessment is limited to one attempt because it’s meant as a quick preview of what the full Practice Exam looks like and the general difficulty level.

I bought the $2,000 Contractor Training Center course to prepare for the Georgia Residential Basic Contractor’s License and it’s been a great value. It’s expensive, but it includes all the required books and plenty of practice exams, which saves a lot of time and hassle. The material is well organized and really helps you feel prepared for the state test. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re serious about getting licensed in Georgia.
