Good company, the products can be better
The good:
customer oriented company and kind service with advisory and help
quick deliveries of the products
2 weeks trial period for free!
invoicing by the desired reseller
very nice form of the products an the quality
The bad:
the products are not always well thought and fitted as the purpose of the ergonomy - as example the profiled mouse I ordered have the buttons placed in illogical places on the mouse declining the purpose of the use and the high price. The roller mouse fits well solely with the keyboards provided by Contour Design (expensive one).
There are possible improvements of the design of the tools.

Our main goal is providing the right IT solution for the individual user. If the solution from Contour Design isn't working for you, we do hope you'll find another ergonomic setup that fits your wants and needs – we wish all computer users safe and healthy workdays.
Our keyboard does fit well with our RollerMouse as it was designed solely for that purpose, however, we do work close with other keyboard providers that also fit our RollerMouse products.
I will bring your considerations to our R&D team for further evaluation.
