The Continentale itself is ok, the problem are the independent sales people, in particular one Frank Oswald - misinformation, lies, no action. Thanks to his inertia I paid thousands of euros in premiums unnecessarily - and when you complain, the Continentale hides behind the fact that they never received certain information (which he failed to pass on!). Not to be trusted!
Good support system and a modern online platform
Over 5 months, nothing in response to my vehicle failure. They have not emailed or called once, I have tried to call several times but they do not speak english.
Frustration and waste of money. They never sent me any updates on my private pension policy. It was hard work to get them to send a single report, after paying them for over 2 years. Their communication tools are poor and they seem to operate in the past century.
