I've used Later and Hootsuite and was sick of paying monthly so decided to try out Content360 and am so gald I did! I was able to cancel my Hootsuite subscription and am relieved to be saving that money now

Y'all gotta give a new software company…

Y'all gotta give a new software company some time! Its never going to be perfect in the beginning and I knew that. But $67 for a lifetime deal was such a steal that I couldn't pass it up. Was it perfect in the beginning? Of course not! But they've improved dramatically since I purchased in November 2025 and now Im loving it and using it everyday!

This is a game changer …

This is a game changer for keeping your social media in check & on time. I’ve been using for a couple of months now with zero issues. Awesome customer service & the online chat function has been a life saver. They let me know the server down recently which saved me hours of stressing. I’m so happy I got in early for the lifetime price & I’m excited to see what they come out with in the future.

You have to be tech savvy to use this…

You have to be tech savvy to use this system. Plus it will require you to purchase additional services from different providers to make the whole thing work. I wasn't able to complete the training. It was too much for me to follow. I emailed Dom a few times asking to cancel my subscription and issue a refund, no response of any kind. I waisted close to $300. Can't use the system and can't get a refund either.

A few things to address with your review...

1) You certainly don't need to be tech savvy. This is a tool for people who post content. Anyone who's posted content before can use Content360 quite easily. Now I don't believe you've posted any content before, so I can understand why you might find it difficult.

2) We absolutely do NOT require anyone to make ANY additional purchases whatsoever to make it work. Everything advertised about Content360 comes included in the product, with no additional charges. Now yes, we do offer completely separate products... much like a restaurant offers a side with your entree. And you purchased those. But in no way are those required, or necessary, to make Content360 "work". They solve completely different problems.

3) I can see our team already got back to you and has initiated your refund. So your money is not "waisted".

There are no concerns here

There are no concerns here. I post three times every day across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and Content360 has worked perfectly for me! I was paying over $100 per month for another software, so having lifelong access has been a big lifesaver.

Been fantastic

Been fantastic! Because I'm not very tech-savvy, the platform's 24/7 chat feature has been fantastic. I'm sure I asked them extremely basic things, but they were incredibly patient and responded immediately! They helped me connect my account, and I now have postings scheduled for the next two weeks! OK- DOM and his team have knocked this…

OK- DOM and his team have knocked this out of the park. I cannot believe what they are providing in this package for a one time payment- it actually feels like I am getting over.

I am very new to posting content- the scheduler is one thing, it has everything in it that you need to create and post content like a PRO! I really cannot believe that there are any negative reviews on his page.

Dom is extremely responsive, both on here and via mail. I am positive that any problem you have can be rectified with a conversation. I literally have not ran into a problem, and it is not to say that I won't, but Dom has been responsive to all of my questions.

I will tell you what made me purchase it in the first place- of course, like any business, I need assistance with posting content in hopes of gaining more eyes on my business. So, before I make any internet purchase, I come to Trust Pilot. I trust them because I had a company that used them before and the reviews are real, and they do not do the "pay to play" on reviews.

So, when I came to Trust Pilot, I saw that the owner of 360 took his time to respond to each and every complaint, and did it in an authentic way. There are always 2-3 sides of every story.

This is a new app, so there are growing pains and things that will need to be tweaked as it grows larger. We should expect that- and give grace when the company is growing. All of the apps that we have come to love, look nothing like they looked 10, 15 or even 20 years ago. So, we have to have patience and for the trainings and the value that Dom has given us at the ground level- it can only be 20 time better as we grow in the future. I am so happy to not have a monthly payment and I am extremely happy with what I have received.

Now I may not be as technologically savvy as some- so some may feel that this app is beneath what they need- if that is the case, use it immediately, to see if it is what you need and if not, take advantage of the money back guarantee.

But for those of us that want to train our CHATGPT to our voice and brand, and need help with creating and scheduling content, or just want to work smarter and not harder, THIS IS THE APP FOR YOU!

If you want a company that is responsive and literally gives you way more value than you paid for- THIS IS FOR YOU.

If you want to grab it before it becomes a monthly fee- I suggest you do it now. Because I am utterly shocked that it is not a monthly fee now, and if it was, I still would have gotten past the "trial period" because it is literally changing my content life.

If you have read this far, your next step should be getting the Content360- I cannot imaging that you will be disappointed. But if you are, come back to Trust Pilot and be honest- so that Dom can make it better for those of us who were smart enough to stay on this lifetime access agreement.

Let's get the nitpicking out of the way…(and I do love this)

Let's get the nitpicking out of the way first - no, this is not perfect but my goodness it's incredible. I'm fussy about software (I used to create software back in the day) and while there are some little things that could (and probably will be) smoothed out this is such a simple and easy to use system that I'm super impressed.

The first day I had this I sat down and for fun - yes, it was fun because I was learning and testing the system at the same time - I scheduled an entire year's worth of content. A full year. Not on one platform, but on two. And then for fun I added a third and did the same.

And here's the great thing - because I used the bulk upload feature I can reuse the file I made for that year's posting and post to the new accounts I'm setting up. For those new accounts scheduling a year's worth of content will likely only take me an hour.

I had had occasion to use the live chat a couple of times and I'm surprised how fast they respond (no, not instantly, but come on) and at any time of day.

For the price this is an absolute bargain. And for me the posting bit was always the bit I hated. Coming up with ideas for content, creating content, all that is easy enough but the drudgery of posting just grinds me down.

Great product! It has far more bells & whistles than expected. Other companies are charging a fortune for something like this. I love that I can connect all my accounts. Glad I did not pass this up!

Content 360 has been an absolute game changer for my business.

I've been using this app for over a year now. Too be honest, I got a great deal of a one off price - thought there might be a catch - there NEVER has beeen. It is going fine and continues to do so. IIt even works for Pinterest and Blue page (alongh with all thee others) Nothing comes close to this. Nothing.

The app isnt there yet

The app isnt there yet. I understand theyre working on it so ill update my review in a few months.

1) Syncing certain social platforms is time consuming and too difficult.

2) Posts don't go out at the exact time you schedule. This doesn't matter but it was a surprise. I do know this matters for certain creators.

3) My most recent post uploaded to every social fine except Facebook. The video is pixelated and bad quality. Even the "good" posts seem low quality. They say this is because of the uploaded video quality. Either it doesnt match the correct ratio or some other aspect. While using other social app managers, this didnt happen.

4) I think its a great value at $67 for life but if I was paying monthly I would be super upset. I think this is also their view on their product until they fix some of these issues. Once the product is worthy of monthly charge, they will do so.

There are other issues but I don't have the time into researching the fix. Reddit, mastadon, bluesky and some others fail to upload. I'm sure there is a fix but is not as easy as a few clicks. Theres a lot of workarounds and BS you have to swim through.

I know what the company response will be and thats fine but the truth is, the platform doesnt cut it yet. I do actually believe in them and I do think it will get there but until then, its not a finished platform.

1) Would've loved to know which platforms felt too time consuming for you. We've made the connection process as easy as we possibly could. Some social platforms, like X for example, have very specific requirements on how they need to be connected via API, which unforuntately there's nothing we can do on our end about it.

2) When you post via API, they get added to a queue. Depending how many posts are in that queue can delay the post by a few minutes. The social platforms put this in place so third-party tools like ours don't abuse and spam the platform.

3) I'll get with our tech team regarding this. We have many users report perfect upload quality, so there must've been something specific with your videos.

4) We've always been transparent that we're a relatively new company, which is why we've set lifetime pricing.

I'll be the first to tell you we're not a perfect company, so I appreciate the feedback. I can assure you though, our team is working relentlessly everyday on improving the platform.

First, we had already refunded you before you posted this review. Your bank can take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Before slandering a company for "never refunding", might be a good idea to wait that period of time.

Second, the reason we refunded you was because you emailed us saying that you NEVER used the product. Which I verified because you never created an account or even tried to make a post. You said "it sucks does not work". How could you possibly know that if you never made an account?

Third, you claim we "keep asking for more money for add-ons to get it to work". We do not ever ask you for more money to get it to work. Yes, we have other products, completely separate from Content360. And you're given an option to buy those. Same as a restaurant asking if you'd like dessert. You can't expect a company to only ever sell one product.

But everything in the $67 lifetime purchase for Content360 comes included. There's nothing else you could possibly buy to get it to "work better", because every feature already comes with that access.
