Appalling service. Drivers leave items on doorstep and disappear, NEVER ringing the door bell, NEVER waiting for an answer. 'Contactless Signature' does not mean Messageless Delivery. (All the time, not confined to 'Date of expeerience'.)
A delivery is not a delivery unless there is someone to receive an item. Otherwise goods may as well be left on the road way. An Post and other carriers manage this - why not Fastway?
Covid precautions should not be an excuse for lazy drivers. Fastway is well known for this appalling service.
