Recently purchased CLOUD VPS plan
Recently purchased CLOUD VPS plan, customer portal was not user friendly, out dated features. In this AI world, till they need to improve. When cancel my subscription, they never apologize or ready hear the reason for the negative action of the customer. For registering .com domain charging $31.08, in name.com or mochahost.com or godaddy it would cost around less than $15. VERY DISAPPOINTMENT in 5days of purchase, no refund with their refund policy statement. Thanks

I am very satisfied with the service. We are cancelling because the Zimbra server hosted on the VPS has already been migrated to Outlook 365, which is obviously hosted in Microsoft data centers. In fact, should any future needs arise, we will recommend Contabo. Thank you very much!
