Thorough and Helpful Communication Throughout
I was referred to consumer rights by an officer at my council. I have just moved into my own property and it had a very poor energy rating, and this will help me to keep my energy bills down. Yasmin, my account manager at consumer rights has been very efficient in dealing with my case. She is quick to repsond to questions and correspondence and has been very supportive throughout the process. Highly recommend that you get in touch with them the process couldn't be more simple.

Ronan polite and helpful
I spoke to Ronan regarding the government funded installation he was very helpful and polite, we went through the options available. Once everything had been finalised Ronan got on touch with me to let me know everything had been approved and that I would be getting my new heating and solar panels along with insulation in due course.
Great experience
Had the letter and decided we had nothing to lose. We contacted consumer rights and spoke to Yasmin. She gave us the information and sent us the emails required to start the process. An easy process to follow and if you have recieved the letter from consumer rights, go for it, im sure you will not regret your decision.
