ECO4 Application

I was referred to Consumer Rights for an ECO4 application through epplus.org.uk. Lucy Clarke, our account manager at Consumer Rights has been very helpful, patient and professional guiding me through the application process with clear instructions and explanations in all her emails. I felt very supported and informed. Her helpfulness has made the process very smooth. Thank you Lucy for an excellent service!

Thorough and Helpful Communication Throughout

I was referred to consumer rights by an officer at my council. I have just moved into my own property and it had a very poor energy rating, and this will help me to keep my energy bills down. Yasmin, my account manager at consumer rights has been very efficient in dealing with my case. She is quick to repsond to questions and correspondence and has been very supportive throughout the process. Highly recommend that you get in touch with them the process couldn't be more simple.

Good customer service

Spoke to Jaimie on the phone who made the whole process easy & comfortable to complete. Good customer service as as was called back mutiple times quickly to confirm information etc which allowed the process to be completed quickly.

Yasmin was really helpful

Yasmin was really helpful. We have a profoundly disabled son and he is doubly incontinent and only eats pizza toppings. Our electricity bill from washing /drying soiled clothes and cooking a succession of multiple pizzas is massive. We needed help.

Fantastic Service

I was apprehensive to contact Consumer Rights however my account manager, Angharad, was fantastic.
Everything was explained well and left me in no doubt as to what to expect moving forward.
Would definitely recommend Consumer Rights.

Ronan polite and helpful

I spoke to Ronan regarding the government funded installation he was very helpful and polite, we went through the options available. Once everything had been finalised Ronan got on touch with me to let me know everything had been approved and that I would be getting my new heating and solar panels along with insulation in due course.

Great experience

Had the letter and decided we had nothing to lose. We contacted consumer rights and spoke to Yasmin. She gave us the information and sent us the emails required to start the process. An easy process to follow and if you have recieved the letter from consumer rights, go for it, im sure you will not regret your decision.

Rights. She was very pleasant to talk with, patient. and helpful.
Jamie explained the whole process and has kept me informed.
I can recommend Jamie as an Energy Performance

My enquiry to be assessed for ECO4 eligibility was processed by Yasmin in a very professional and helpful way.
I was kept fully informed of progress and the process moved forward quickly and efficiently between the dates 20th October to 28th October 2025.

Ceri, from Consumer Rights has been helping me, via emails and 'phone calls, to progress my application for possibly having some funding to help with making my cottage warmer. She has been a delight to liaise with and has made the process very simple. Lovely lady.
