I did not believe I had ever paid PPI so when Consumer Refund Service found over £8,000 that I was due back I was absolutely delighted! Well worth taking that initial step

I found the whole experience with the Condumer Refund Service not only rewarding in a financial sense, but also in a customer relationship attitude. There were successes and dissapointments along the way with regard to PPI claims but the latter were explained fully and empathetically. And I think that's very much an attitude that customers respond well to. Thankfully the successes far outweighed the dissapointments.

Very efficient, would have been good if they did not charge so much. Have to be philosophical and have the opinion that without their help I probably would not have bothered.

Manage to get me money back from my credit card I have had for years, and have another case pending. They where quick and kept me informed at various stages so well done

the service was good apart from the many half hour phone calls from
the bank it seems like I did all the work and they just set up the phone interviews and having to pay vat when you can not get it back in stead of it being zero rated
