AVOID AVOID AVOID

I did not receive an acknowledgement of my order and as the wedding was imminent I contacted the company and they had no definitive answer for my delivery except giving me possibly 2 days it might be delivered. They then sent a Royal Mail link which didn’t work on my app and eventually I got a screenshot for the delivery time. We delayed setting off and it still didn’t arrive (here when we got back home). Further email had been met with no reply. I will not recommend this company to anyone as if you are given a wedding date you go out of your way to deliver in good time. AVOID!!!! It says it all that it takes 3 months to reply to a bad review! You had the wedding date and you should have contacted me rather than thinking arriving on the day is fine using the maximum days to allow for despatch? Why not offer express postage if you thought it might not arrive in time. I bought extra from another company who got it to me next day. For information I donated your product to someone having a wedding the following weekend rather than paying to return it.

Hi Nicola,

Thanks for taking the time write a review.

Whilst we appreciate the time taken to write a review, regrettably there are some factual inaccuracies that we’d like to make all potential future customers aware of.

Firstly, our system automatically sends an order confirmation email for every purchase, having checked with our provider (Squarespace) I can see this confirmation was sent out at 7.33am on May the 29th.

I appreciate that dealing with couriers can, at times, be frustrating but I do feel the need to point out that your order arrived within the advertised timeframe. When you mentioned issues accessing the link, we supplied alternative updates including screenshots. I do however fully appreciate that this is frustrating.

Finally we offered a full refund given that you weren’t able to use the confetti, you decided not to take us up on this proposition.

While we regret this experience did not meet your expectations, we are confident we took all the steps possible to deliver your order as promised.

Many thanks

Chloe
