We've been tenants with Conran for three years now and they've always been really helpful. The online platform is really easy to use and we always get a prompt response to issues.

My student daughter recently rented a flat in SE London through Conran. As we live overseas it is not at all straightforward to arrange a rental in UK (in spite of being a UK citizen). I found Debbie very supportive, responsive to our many questions, trustworthy and reliable. The process worked exactly as she explained. Much appreciated because it is quite a stressful time....

We originally picked Conran to sell our property because they seemed really knowledgeable of the area, had a competitive agents’ fee and were not too pushy or sales-y. They were very realistic when setting expectations from the off-set, and made the process easy to follow.

These guys really showed their worth when we had a buyer pull out last minute, and they found us another buyer within 48 hours (at the same sale price!).

Really organised, friendly, and helpful right through to completion. Everything you want in what can otherwise be a stressful period!

We chose Guy Marsh from Conran from the 3 agents from different estate agents we selected, as he was very proactive and made us feel he was the right man for the job, he was very helpful and knowledgable he put my flat on the Market, got a good price and the sale was completed within 2 Months.

Great company and would buy or sell property with them again

Myself and my Partner our in the process of looking to buy a house. We saw a really nice property with the Lee branch of Conran.

Initially we got the impression the staff where somewhat disorganised but we thought nothing of it until we made an offer and this is where the service all fell apart.

Having made an initial opening offer we were told we would receive communication from Conran requesting our best and final offer. This never happen and after 24hrs. We contacted Conran to be told on the phone that the branch manager had decided not ask interested parties for their best and final offers because he put off from the amount of work it would take and only sent the two highest offers to the seller. This is paraphrasing from the negotiator who we spoke with on the phone.

Having obliviously flagged that we have not made a final offer Conran 48hrs later agreed to send our offer to the seller. Thankfully this was done and we followed that same old process of waiting to hear back. However this took another week. All in all it has taken two weeks from our initial offer to get final word from the seller and we can now draw a close to our saga with Conran.

I would highly recommend chasing this estate agent every step of the way as they have a habit of saying one thing and doing another.

This maybe normal when buying a house but as first time buyer our experience bidding for a house has been extra stressful and from what we can gather completely avoidable should the staff at Conan honor their words and communicate witch each other efficiently then the experience we had my have been a whole lot better.

We ran incredibly, eye-wateringly late for a viewing and she was so kind and patient with us that it blew our minds. Her communication via phone and email is also prompt and seamless. When it comes to property, Jodie's knowledge knows no bounds and she went above and beyond in helping us on our journey. Jodie has fantastic local knowledge, a real cheerleader for the area and has plenty of insider tips. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Brockley branch of Conran before, and this experience was just as wonderful. Jodie is an absolute asset to Conran in every way.

Exceptional service provided by the Greenwich branch when selling our home in Kent. Great price and wonderful people with 17 viewings in one weekend - sold by the Tuesday over asking price. We interviewed a number of agents but Conran stood out and they really did deliver!
