Many say it is a Ponzi Scheme. Lack of contact, lack of replies since 2 months, my money are gone.

Stay away. They hold my $178k since October 21, 2024. I am suing them right now. Be carefull and never use them.

Stay away from this company and its subsidiaries. Over the last year they offer a service that in my language is called stealing. My last currency conversion transaction is ‘in execution’ since October 25. My money did actually vanish. No answers, no explanation, nobody available to pick up the phone. Certainly a company not to trust. Their action shall be taken to court and in any case reported to any anti fraud authority or office (including your bank’s).

I made a Sterling transfer and changed it to wallet Zlt then sent to my bank Zlt account all in Poland 🇵🇱 19 Days ago.

No sign of it and no communication from them to indicate when they will honor the transaction despite daily written requests and an ”in execution” transfer confirmation from them on the same day of my transaction 11/10/24 14.52 PM

A transfer for a large amount of money I made from UK bank to my wallet on 21st October has vanished into thin air. No response from the company by phone or email. I had used them many times before without issue. Has anyone succeeded in getting back a transfer to their wallet that has vanished?

Two transactions stuck. Amounts not credited. Support not helpful. Stay away

I did a transaction on the 3rd October and i am still waiting for my funds .I will not use them anymore .
I try calling and now answer .I call in one day 7 times and still nothing.I will today report to the Ombudsman and this is now a criminal thing now to has they can not hold your funds ,only if it to do with a crime .I will report it to the Police as it is a CRIME NOW ..

I have been using Conotoxia for 4 years without any issues, but in the past few months, the service has drastically declined. My recent bank transfers, which used to be processed immediately, are now taking more than 3 days and I am still waiting. Despite contacting customer support, I’ve received no response or explanation as to why my orders are not being executed. This lack of communication is deeply concerning and unprofessional.

3 Transactions ordered on 3rd & 4th October 2024.
Still not processed as of 9th October.
Still no update.
I will update here once there is any change. If payment will be processed successfully I will update review as well.

Currency exchange should take less than 8 hours (as per their FAQ), but it's been three business days and counting. I sent a message to inquire two days ago, with NO response. GBP 4000 in the void. Bills need to be paid.

I have been using this company for many years, they were always good, but something happened in the last few months, and it's gone down hill since then... What happened?

It should be 8 hours to complete exchange transaction, now waiting 3rd day. Trying to call customer service- no answer. Website says that they are experiencing some issues. I've used them for 6 years without major issues. I understand well technical issues as them may happen to anyone but they should let customers know about it and answer customer service calls. But no they take money and hiding like a rats now. Last time used their service.

No clear details on cancellation fees that occur, even when a transaction hasn't taken place yet, so if nothing in effect happens with the transaction they will incur fees. When contacting customer service, they simply say it's buried in our terms and conditions even when transactions are not executed yet there will be fees charged. Also when cancelling a non-executed transaction, there is no information that you will be charged fees directly, it just let's you cancel and afterwards sends you the transaction fees, they don't even inform you how high the cancellation fee will be. And it's very high, for example Euro 74K they charged me with a Euro 498.44 fee! This amount is a complete surprise. Also when you start the exchange there is no mention of fees, it actually says Conotoxia doesn't charge fees everywhere, only that your external bank might incur fees. Stay away. If they honestly show fees that will be incurred if you click the cancel button, you are clearly aware, but no, they make it unclear so they can cash in on you.

Customer service problems. !!! Most inefficient customer service i experienced in life. Forget about having 1 dedicated person in account opening process like other serious companies have.
what i found over 1 month communication with conotoxia that you don't have access to person who check your documents. All emails is forwarded via low quality customer service workers who dont have basic logic. And you receive same email every second day from another person while the last dont answer your question.
