As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

Trouble with bank
I had great difficulty approving my payment. The bank of Scotland claimed Connevans did not meet the anti spam requirements. Only just managed to get approval in time by lengthy phone call to the bank. I finally spoke to a person and managed to persuade him that you were a genuine organisation. The product is good and it came quickly, but ordering it was stressful.

Staff were exceptionally helpful
Staff were exceptionally helpful. I was unable to complete the form to buy the dehumidifier and they helped me to do this. Staff were available at the end of the phone.
The humidifier was exactly what I needed and does everything it claims to do.

After ordering from the "well known warehouse with a smile" and being sent the incorrect item I found Connevans who had the item needed at a fair price.

Prompt and efficient home delivery
The TV amplifier I ordered arrived swiftly to my home address. It was competitively priced (with a VAT discount).
I did originally try to order for delivery to a drop off point but the system did not work smoothly with my Apple device.
I will happily use Connevans again.

PHONAK TV CONNECTOR
Mum wanted the Phonak TV Connector to go with her hearing aids. Prompt delivery, pretty straightforward to set up. Mum`s really happy with them which is the main thing. We did need to get an adaptor to connect our fairly old tv to the Phonak TV Connecor. Always a good idea before ordering any TV Connector to check that it is compatible with both your hearing aids and your TV.

Practice your pidgin English
The items arrived promptly and in good condition.
The accompanying instructions left a lot to be desired. Obviously written by someone for whom English was not their first language. As the instructions with the additional handset started with a symbol which is no longer a part of the base, confusion reigned. Very helpful response to my request for help

I just bought a new pair of hearing…
I just bought a new pair of hearing aids and my old streamer was not compatible.
Connevans came up on my google search and they were a fair price for the streamer. Communication was excellent and the parcel arrived very quickly. Overall 100% happy with the service.
