As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

I have now ordered from three different…
I have now ordered from three different places and they have all been too short. And yours are the same. There seams to be no option for the longer ones and so having to put up with a sore ear so I can hear as I am not ordering any more. Very disappointed.

There is a larger/longer size available in this range (size 4) but the tubes ordered were a size 2. The size of the tube will be printed on your existing tubes, so we would always recommend checking this before ordering to make sure you select the correct replacement.
If you're unsure which size or type you need, please do give us a call or email before placing an order, we're very happy to help check what you need. Otherwise, we'd suggest speaking to your audiologist for further clarification.
We hope this helps explains the difference and points you towards the longer tubes you need.

Genuine parts, efficient service
Ordered supply of parts (tube and domes) for my NHS Sage hearing aids, I'd get them free on the NHS, but they're not expensive items, are genuine parts, and save me the hassle of making and waiting for an appiontment then driving to and from the nearest NHS hearing aid clinic.
Covenans service is quick and efficient and just needs a few clicks on my touch pad.
Worth the money.

I cannot fault Connevans on their excellent customer service and delivery of my Roger equipment however the previous week I purchased another cheaper listening aid which proved unsuitable. On contacting Connevans I was advised that if I returned the item with a covering letter I would receive a 'full' refund which I then hoped would part fund the Roger device. The refund has now appeared in 2 stages in my account. So matters have taken longer than expected to resolve (reason for 4 stars rather than 5) but all good now.

Earhooks purchase
This appears to be the only website to sell CL earhooks. I have used them before to buy these earhooks for my daughter as she loves them. Due to their design they are quite delicate and so I like to have some in stock for when a pair breaks.
I first spoke to a member of staff on the phone to ask a question who was quite helpful. I ordered on the website which was easy and received the order within a couple of days, well packaged.
