Very personable
Very personable, professional and explained what would be happening during her visit . We received a text the night before with an 2 hour window appointment time . The surveyor called 10 mins prior to the visit to let us know she was on her way.

Friendly and efficient
The visit was carried out efficiently and at the time agreed. The surveyor was polite and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and what he needed to know before starting. He also explained the next steps.
