I’ve never accessed a stream without having problems. They simply haven’t been able to provide me with the service I paid for and yet refuse to refund. People need to make noise about this company and report their experiences to anyone and everyone.

Do not subscribe!

The service auto renews and trying to unsubscribe is impossible with the unsubscribe features unavailable.

I need to cancel my credit card to stop these thieves debiting me for a service I no longer want!

On holiday for the Euros and watched Bein sports coverage of the Euros. Hoddle, de Boer, Mcateer and Andy Gray and Richard Keys as host. Absolutely shockingly poor presentation. Keys fluffed Southgate’s name, the 4 pundits had no idea what they were talking about. Gray going through the line ups was clueless. Embarrassing coverage…you have a chance to do something different and failed with has been a….Has bein sports

App never works. Couldn’t connect to the server for the EFL playoff final. Joke of a product.

I paid upfront a 1 year subscription and after 1 month all content blocked. Beware, no help from customer support!

The absolute worst sports app I have encountered. I’ll be giving 0 out of 100 for anyone who asks.

If i can give it 0 will be not enough. Horrible service, can't even get hold of someone ,no phone number, people work there have no idea about anything when contacted them via email. I subscribed for one month to watch Africa cup but didn't work on TV, iPad, Chromebook, windows laptop or even my iPhone and all new and up to date. They keep give me the same answer or reply like no communication at all between them i am not even sure how is this regal to do this. It has been 2 weeks already and nobody can solve the problem or give an answer or refund.

How is this allowed? I subscribed to watch the 2024 AFCON in the USA, all the commentators are arabic. I can't reach customer service. I can't cancel my subscription, I can't get a refund.

Tod customer service is non-existent. They never reply.

I signed up to BEIN for tennis, as kayo has removed tennis viewing in Australia. Bein is hopeless. Watching the Cincinatti final at a critical juncture and Bein stops coverage!! Can watch a replay in 5 hours. Also only allows one stream at a time. And very poor labelling of matches and ease of navigating through video streams.
I am unsubscribing now, (which was actually easy to do)

They advertise as being carriers of an extensive selection of Leagues. In my case interest in EFL to watch a specific team. They show minimal coverage and omit many clubs. In no way should you subscribe for a specific team. There technical connectivity on my part via Browser on a 1GB connection was woeful and unreliable. AVOID like the plague unless you have an interest in a general sports coverage nature and don't mind connectivity issues. I'm 5 days into my subscription, have managed to watch one match with 1 half being trouble-free but then multiple issues, next match a cup tie (not covered, although the cup is also listed as being covered), and weekend game coming up only 1 match available from whole division. Pathetic.

the app just didn't work. They make it impossible to unsubscribe. No support. no Customer service. Shady business model. Why do they need multiple sites to bounce people around between. Got an auto-renewal notification, i'm certain i chose NO auto-renewal. I can't get to my profile to check. Sent in a circle.

BEIN sports is engaged in the worst possible practice in terms of 'easy to subscribe, very very difficult to unsubscribe'.

First it cannot be done on the APP on your iPhone. Zero information.
I go to the website and try to log in but sneakily BEIN Sports has multiple websites and it was a challenge to find my way to the website in Singapore where I subscribed.

Their many emails in my inbox - another sneaky trick - had zero information about the website or how to unsubscribe.

I eventually logged in and went to my profile. No information about unsubscribing. I had to go to "Support Centre"

There were 10 sections - payment, account, Starhub, technical, subscription BUT nothing on unsubscription.
The one to choose is "account management". Then it pushes you to open an account but on the left had side under subscription you finally find how to unsubscribe. It sends you back to Apple.

I give this 0/5. It is shocking malpractice.

I have used BeinConnect in the past and when it works it’s fine! The problem is it does not work sometimes and then you are in deep sh@t because there is no way you can make contact with any form of customer service e to fix anything. The app itself in terms of user friendliness is horrendous! I keep getting told I have no active subscription (even though I paid for one) but nowhere on the app does it tell you how to get an active subscription (I was prepared to pay for a new subscription). If you try subscribe it takes you BeIN.com which then tells you the different dealers in the country. Fixing an issue on BeinConnect is most frustrating and annoying! No live chat, no help line, supposedly you can make contact on WhatsApp but it is a bot and the options are so limited rendering this service completely useless. I cannot understand how a sophisticated company such as BeIN cannot address such basic/ fundamental issues.

I subscribed to Bein Connect on my browser. I downloaded their player but it doesn't work. It crashes everytime. I downloaded the application on my phone with the same subscription, but that also doesn't work. It gives me techincal issues. I just paid for a monthly subscription but I can't watch anything, and I can't receive a refund. What a scam.

Bought a package to watch the EURO 2020 via Bein Connect. I have not been able to watch one game properly since the "Bein Connect Player" either doesn't work at all crashed every 5-10 min with the message "an error occurred". This is a pure fraud! Never again Bein!

Absolutely a scam!!!
Wanted to try bein connect for one day for 4$ before committing to a 10$ month subscription, and it simply didn't work, tried on Macbook, PC and iPhone and it just doesn't work!
To put it simply... it's just a scam!
Don't even bother with these scammers!

I recently subscribed to BeIN and paid 6 months in advance. The technician came to install my decoder and advised that it wasn’t possible and that it is a common problem in the Pearl. I phoned for a refund and they said that it was my fault as I needed to see if installation was possible and there is no refund. If so then put this on your website so that we can check if your service is possible in our area. Beware ppl, this is a total scam. DON’T subscribe to this service.
