Created with AI, based on recent reviews
We launched Confused.com in 2002 as the UK’s first insurance comparison site. Because sorting your insurance isn’t something you look forward to. It sits on your to-do list and can leave you asking, 'Did I get the right cover?' 'Did I miss a better deal?' That’s where we come in. We compare prices from a wide range of insurers, so you can see your options in one place and choose what works for you. We started with car insurance, but we’ve grown since then. You can compare a wide range of products, including home, van, bike, pet, life and travel insurance, to name a few. Get your insurance sorted. Just use Confused.com.

I know why they're called Confused, Confusion would be a better name.
I purchased some home insurance and was promised some rewards, I think that it was a gift voucher and some Greggs coffee vouchers.
I spent over 30 minutes trying to redeem the reward but the process is so complicated that I have no idea who I'm supposed to be dealing with.
As with all scams of this nature it's not possible to get anyone on the phone.
The rewards scheme is clearly designed to be unworkable and I will just put this experience to good use by avoiding Confused.com in future.
I advise others to do likewise.
