Misleading advertising, an advert showing a walking stick for hiking, but I received a small 50 cm bar.

What's more, he refuses to refund, so I'm going to sue.

Item is three pieces and is 18" tall...it's NOT a walking stick.

Ordered on Dec 18th of last year....took nearly two months to arrive and it's NOT worth the money...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I bought a WALKING STICK - MK II Survival System from them just after Christmas and what was delivered (4 weeks later than expected).
I have expected a WALING STICK but what they delivered was only a STICK about 47cm in length (foot and half).
Completely useless & Absolutely worthless to be used as a walking stick.
Any Walking Sick must be at least 95cm long or more.
Otherwise is just a STICK!
Total Scam-Artists => before you BUY anything online, check it on AliExpress.
The chances they have it there already but for half the price & described properly!

Apparently I’m not the only one to be scammed into thinking I was getting a full size walking stick only to find it’s designed for midgets. Even if I bought another one it still wouldn’t be long enough. It’s actually a well constructed product and i might see if I can get something to lengthen it but stay away from these guys. Kinda wish I’d read the reviews first

I order something on 12/14/23. It is 2/7/24 and I still have not received it yet. Every time I reach out to them, they say it is in transit. Horrible. Don't order!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! Like 18" long🤣 SEVERAL emails later with photos, the result is "yep that's what we sent." I guess I have to say it took forever but at least it wasn't what I ordered. A long con.

I took 47 days for my product to arrive. Customer service (email) was completely a waste of time with boiler plate responses asking for patience.

The ad says “ • Fits neatly into any small bag or simply have it out and use as a walking stick.” Unless you’re 3 feet tall, that is not possible.

Lesson learned. Never buy from this company again. 😡

Absolute scam. Purchased the mK II walking stick on 12/16, it didn't arrive until 2/5. No assistance from any real customer support, nothing but bots to chat with. When I got the product it was 1.5 ft tall. Absolutely worthless for a walking stick

This "walking stick" is 16". 16 INCHES long, it does NOT extend itself further from that and CANNOT be used as a walking stick. 106cm??? NOT!!!! This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them.

Customer service was no better. The "Bot" that I spoke to refused to acknowledge they had made a mistake and tried to palm me off with a 1USD payment as compensation.

Absolutely ridiculous.

This company is absolutely a scam. Was told my order was shipping from Italy,. Then went to California, and is now been sitting for three weeks in West Virginia which is one state away. I’ve could’ve walked there by now. When contacting this company they say, I have to contact the seller. They are the seller!
Then they send me a tracking number for my order, and it’s all in Chinese! Even though all their emails to me are in English. I guess I can kiss that money goodbye! Do not use this company!

Scam, Thieves. Purchased a walking stick 6 weeks ago, was overcharged 20 dollars. Item has never arrived. False tracking info hasn't updated in a month. STAY AWAY. These are thieves and liars.

Ordered 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received my items. Customer service responded in 24 hours blaming it on customs. First tracking location update said it was in Italy, then in Alaska…and now I haven’t received an update in 9 days. Total SCAM - I can kiss $50 goodbye. Don’t order here. You’ll be ripped off and disappointed.

This company is a scam. They never sent the walking stick which i ordered before Christmas, kept stringing me along with fake shipping information, and then just send automated replies about trying to resolve the problem. Cannot actually contact the company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a MKll walking stick that it looks nothing like they advertised in there website.
Step u got a two feet pole that looks nothing like the one they advertise.
I requested a refund but they offered to give me a $ 4 compensation out of the $59 I pay for the item

This company is a total scam, do not purchase from them. My items shipped from Italy and took 4-5 weeks to arrive. I have a walking stick that would only be appropriate for a very young child......I mean 6 months old!!!

Bought 2 walking sticks 2 months ago. They send fake shipping updates. Nothing showed up. Can't contact them

Shipping time is ridiculously long! I ordered an item almost a month ago and it is still in route. I've ordered items from overseas before and it did not take this long. They need to warn people of the super slow shipping. And now I see that when I get the walking stick I ordered it will be a 2 foot long walking stick, this company is a scam!

I ordered the MK 2 tacktical survival walking stick, its under 2 feet long. When I went on the website it only shows it as a full size waling stick, refers to it as a walking stick, and in small print says it comes with 3 sections (which is does) and can be extended. I contacted them and they said they sent the correct order. I can even see where to buy extra poles to extend it (which i would), I'll be referring them to the false advertising agency.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a walking stick for my son because the picture showed a full walking stick. That’s what is advertised. Came from Ireland and the size of the walking stick is perfectly sized for a Leprechaun. Literally no more than three feet. Plus it took a month to arrive. Never again, but that’s what I get for buying something from Facebook ads!
