The package arrived in tact but when I unpacked the mirror there was paint missing off the frame. I reported the issue immediately and am still waiting to hear back from customer service after receiving a mail saying someone would be in touch within 1 - 2 working days... less than impressed.

Product details, delivering plan are available make it easy to make decision. Product are packed safely when delivered. But the actual delivery time could have been longer than estimated and there is no notification once the product is delivered at the place.

Hello,
Thank you for the review.
We only refund items when they have arrived and been processed by our warehouse.
At the time you made the return all customers had to return the items without a return bill from us and was therefore responsible for the parcel.
That meant that we couldn't register a complaint to the shipping company for any lost goods, only the customer as sender could do that.
Because of that we have only refunded the items that we received in return from you.
