Took a while to receive it, but did get updates on shipping status.

I ordered exercise equipment a month ago, followed the package on line each step of the way. Received a message that my package had been delivered to a person in St Petersburg, Florida 33713. It was not delivered to me or my address. Not impressed with time frame or delivery.

No communication on shipment tracking. Once the items were finally received nearly 3 weeks later, the boxes were crushed and taped closed, the products had scratches all over them as if they were heavily used before. The suction did not hold and the magnet is weak.

The magnet on the part is not very strong.

The product doesn’t stick to any surface besides glass very well. Glass works but the magnet is weak and can’t hold my phone on any bump

The suction is good. It does not rotate that well. The magnet is just OK, not that strong.

The seller sends updates frequently so you know the shipping status.

Was a bit disappointed by the misleading imagery and marketing of this item. It feels very cheap; the hinge was loose when I got it and it looked scuffed like it had already been used. Even when tightened, the hinge struggles to hold the weight of my phone in position. The magnet is very weak; through a MagSafe phone case it can get knocked easily; directly on the phone is slightly better but still doesn't instil confidence. I was expecting to be able to shoot videos in the car or other places, but the suction literally only sticks to the smoothest of surfaces. It does grip well to glass, but not to even fibreglass or very smooth wood surfaces. The advertising doesn't represent the product accurately.

Confident Customer Service has been professional and consistent in their updates, but this purchase has been problematic. When I placed the order, I didn't realize it was coming from Italy (to the US). Not that this posed a problem (other than timing), but it wasn't apparent upon purchase. My PayPal account posted the wrong shipping address to the order, and the shipper was NOT able to change it... so I'm having to work around the inconvenience. While neither of these effect the product or my purchase, they are annoyances for others to be aware of. Thanks to Confident for keeping me updated on the shipment status. Hopefully, I eventually receive the product. 🤞

I didn't realize the product was coming from Europe and that is not a quick experience. The tracking was all over the place, one day it was in EU customs, then next day it hadn't left the UK, then moved to Brussels and in customs again. The product arrived two days before it said it had left for the US. Now onto the product. I should have looked at the mounting system more closely as my Galaxy phone has an Otterbox case and the system won't work as the small round metal piece won't allow the magnet to hold my phone. Also in the small instruction paper it says there are two metal rings and mine only came with one. It doesn't matter as I can't use it anyway. I will need to figure out something that will adhear to the magnet base. The demonstrations showed how succure the suction base was and that it would adhear to any surface, I can't even get it to attach to my wooden desk I am writing this review at, so my confidence level it will stay attached to my truck's dash are someone at risk.

DELIVERY WAS VERY SLOW. THE PRODUCT IS JUNK. YOU WON'T STICK ANYWHERE ON MY DASHBOARD. AND MY PHONE WON'T AS ATTACHED TO IT. CHEAP PLASTIC CRAP AND A WASTE OF MY MONEY

The shipping took a bit of time of course but the updates on every leg were a great feature. The product is as advertised. They are trustworthy unlike so many that advertise on social media.

Rabees was very professional and helpful.

It took forever to receive it! Plus it did not attached to my car upholstery dashboard. It fell off.!!!! Very disappointing! SMH!

The way it was advertised is not the way that it actually is. Very disappointing after waiting for it for so long.
