Be prepared for possible disappointment
My order placed on 3/6 was finally fully filled on 3/27.
My #300 4-gun case was shipped without the hard foam interior. I had a total of 6 emails to customer service with pictures and order number to help them understand what I ordered vs. what they shipped. First, they wanted to send some cheap foam inserts not the hard one-piece foam, so I had to straighten that out and request they send the correct foam piece. They finally understood what I purchased vs. what they shipped. It was a clownish experience. I will say the quality of the product is great and I am pleased with that, if only they executed their business dealings as well it would be 5 stars.
