I'm writing this review out of frustration, I don't like to leave negative reviews. I initially came across this company online and as it looked like they were offering a great product and exactly what I needed for my clients project. I went ahead and ordered the sample pack and this is where the problems started, it took more than a week to get hold of the samples, not what I expect, especially considering the cost and (and shipping cost!) of them. Not much luck chasing up via contact channels (no phone line due to covid) and very little in the way of response through the support email address. I eventually got the samples, got a colour choice from my client (which I had to alter as they changed their mind, this is where the 2 stars come in as admittedly concretelab did confirm my alteration within the same day. However at time of writing I placed my near £1000 order a week ago and despite chasing through all available channels for status updates to get some idea of when my order will appear I have had no response. Even if I'd be told that I wouldn't receive it in time for my deadline at least I would have known. Very frustrating. Disappointing customer service experience so far for what looks like a great product.

Update: After leaving this review I was contacted promptly and received my order the next day, still too late for my deadline but I appreciate it being dealt with. Please get your phonelines up and running and customer service communication running and I think you'll have it sorted!

A pleasure doing business with Concretelabs.

Considering we're in a pandemic still, all of my questions were answered in a timely manner, and the products were delivered more quickly than I expected.

Now, all that remains to be seen is how easy the products are to work with.

I appreciate everyone is busy but saying i will have it by the end of the week and then saying you"re working through a backlog is simply not good enough - i need a time scale as time is everything in building -
UPDATE: Upon review of the response from Concrete Lab, which was immediate, I have to say i now have shipment on its way! Losing 1 star for not actually in receipt of the goods and having to write a bad review to get a response.

I ordered some superplasticizer which was delivered promptly.
I contacted Concrete Lab for some advice and they emailed me back with a useful and detailed response within half an hour, so full marks for the product and customer support

Great service product and delivery etc. This is my second concrete project. They are simple to use but there are a few things I did differently second time round that work better. Mainly I avoided the silicon beading as the slightest smudge shows up on the concrete after casting so it’s much easier to sand the edges smooth after it’s cast

Fast delivery of what I needed. I have not completed the project yet but have trust that all the components will work well.

It's rare to get customer service like this. There was a problem with the shipping and Concrete Lab truly went the extra mile to sort it out. Couldn't be happier! UPS on the other hand...

Always top notch. Great product and really helpful staff/service. I've ordered a fair few things off them now, and I would definitely recommend them!
