Excellent

Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone. They almost seem too good to be true! From the first inquiry I got immediate response was treated with 5 Star service! My questions were answered immediately and I was able to get my advance with in no time. I was not excited that I had 5 escrow and they all got delayed but Jake and the team at concord rushed to my side and made me feel secure! If you in a bind and need help I could not think of a better team to help! Thank you Jake and the Concord team!

I have worked with Jake over at Concord…

I have worked with Jake over at Concord on several commission advances. He has been good to work with. Always prompt and communicates well. The fees that are charged are much more affordable than other commission advance companies. I would refer/recommend this Concord.

Great Service & Reasonable Fees!

I had a very easy experience with Concord. They make it very simple to request and receive a commission advance and their fees are very affordable. I highly recommend them if you are considering it. Great to work with!

Would DEFINITELY recommend Concord!

I've been in real estate for 20 years and I've never had a commission advance before. A friend of mine mentioned getting one at another company and they charged TWENTY percent!!

I am planning to buy a house soon and wanted to boost my credit score by paying off my credit cards. Instead of having my commissions trickle in, pay a balance and then wait 30 days to recheck credit, I decided to get a commission advance so I could pay them all off at once.

I researched commission advances, the process and companies thoroughly. After speaking with Jake, I decided to try Concord and they were AMAZING!!

The process was quick and Jake was awesome with his patience and diligence. Since I had never done one before, I had to grill him for a while :)

I highly recommend them if you find yourself in the need of a commission advance.
