A caring, supportive and professional team. Having experienced both success and failure in IVF treatment I have seen all sides to the Concept team’s support and I would strongly recommend them. They are personable and professional which can be a difficult balance but they make it as easy as possible for their patients.

I had my sperm analysis there. Me and my wife felt fully supported through all the process, since our first step in the clinic. Receptionist staff and Joanna at the front office were amazing as the people who work in the lab. They were very kind and their explanation fully comprehensive. Strongly reccomended if you need a very professional check and treatments.

Absolutely superb fertility clinic. Concept are quite simply incomparable to any other clinic that we have tried. Always willing to go the extra mile and able to offer a high degree of flexibility to ensure that all needs are catered for. The best news? Our last round of IVF round was successful (despite my age - 40 years old) and we are expecting a baby in May. They gave us hope when all seemed hopeless and for that we will be forever grateful...

I've had a great experience with Concept clinic from the way the doctor handled my case after visiting a number of doctors even in different countries. The Dr here was the first one I saw who never focused on my complicated case or the risks involved, whereas all other doctors mostly focused on my risks. Instead he was always more positive and eventually gave me the confidence I needed to proceed. And actually we got good results.
All the nurses and admin staff i dealt with were very gracious and friendly.
I will be going for my second round of treatment and i'm sure my experience will be the same.

Friendly, caring staff who keep in contact with you throughout the process. We were always made to feel comfortable and supported throughout.

Having made the mistake of staying with a substandard clinic that the NHS referred us to, we made the decision to interview clinics. This place immediately welcomed us. From reception, to the nurses, embryologist and the doctors. We have serious trust issues and question everything from previous history, but Concept welcome any questions and input to what you believe is best for your body.
We weren’t successful this round, and that conversation is never easy. But we truly felt like they were there for us. We will see them again for the next cycle, and don’t feel like giving up just yet.

I could not recommend Concept enough. We started out a different clinic and decided to move to Concept as we weren't very happy. The best decision we ever made! The staff there are our angels.

The team at Concept are incredible, I couldn’t have wished for better advice and care throughout our time with the team. When going through something so personal, having a team like the one at Concept really does make a difference. Every staff member makes you feel so welcome and like you’re the only patient they have. They’re so understanding and we trusted their guidance implicitly. Angela, Yemi and Melissa lived our highs and lows with us, this team really understand how their patients are feeling and are always there, no matter the issue. Dr Ohja was absolutely brilliant, giving his guidance but also letting us make decisions about how best to proceed too. If all continues to go smoothly, we’re looking forward to welcoming our little one to the world in March 2020. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

The staff at concept were absolutely amazing. Friendly and understanding and were genuinely thrilled with my positive results. I was usually able to get appointments to suit me too which helped reduce the amount of time I had off work.

They always were quick to respond, worked around my schedule, lovely staff interaction, never misgendered me, were patient with my fear of needles (thanks Yemi) and even found different porn mags (thanks Elisabetta)!

I would honestly recommend Concept fertility clinic in Putney Bridge. Easily accessible to people around London and south east. The nurses are amazing right from young ladies to Yemi with plenty of experience previously. She is an absolute star with regular scans during the cycle which is pain free I guarantee with YEMI. Dr Kaur and DR Ojha are too good and efficient. Unfortunately my first transfer wasn’t a fresh embryo due to mild hyper stimulation but hoping the frozen cycle should do wonders as most of the embryos are top graded...which I’m so pleased with. Oh how can I forget the absolute sweetheart Maria, the embryologist she’s so compassionate and calls us everyday to report the progress of the embryos. Maria thank you so much for your excellent work. Remembering the phrase “All that begins well ends well”.

We visited concept after having unexplained challenges of conceiving for nearly 3 years. We had visited a few other clinics but decided to pick this clinic due to location, facilities and the very warm welcome we received on the open day. The facilities are immaculate and the team really do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. They take as much time as needed to explain every step to you, and provide you with support throughout the whole process. I could not recommend this clinic more. A big thank you to the team for everything you have done for us!

Most of the care we received at CFC was of the highest quality and the people were lovely. There were some initial issues with paperwork and there was one nurse whose practice in at least one area turned out to be shaky but we understand she has since left the organisation. Overall, wee felt very supported, especially by Katherine Hagues the senior nurse, who was always available and happy to chat about procedure, concerns, etc. We had great information from those doing the scans and also from the embryologist who took the trouble to both speak on the phone and meet us in person before the transfer of our embryo (now our one-year-old son).

We had the most amazing experience with concept. Without their help our dreams of becoming parents would never of happened. Everyone from the receptionist right through to the doctors helped on our journey and we will be forever thankful. We are the happy proud parents of a beautiful boy and girl.

When going through something that can be quite invasive and emotional knowing that you can do this in a place that is comfortable, friendly, supportive and with no pressure placed on you becomes for me an important point of differentiation. Concept has all of those. If you have to go through this then better to do it in a place like this.

Friendly, Empathetic and knowledgeable

We had a long consultation and planning period with Dr Harleen Kaur, in our process of having a baby, from taking small analytical views, to initial non-invasive ways of helping conceive, we are not blessed with a baby and are happy with all the pre-during and post pregnancy support received. we are over whelmed with all the support and care provide by the doctor and the clinic staff in our journey and would recommend her 100%

I had a very positive experience at Concept last year on my journey to becoming a solo mum via sperm donor. I was looking for a clinic that would feel friendly and relaxed as opposed to a commercial conveyor belt. Concept impressed me at their Open Day and were completely on board with my desire to start with the least invasive approach of Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) in spite of the fact that I was already 39 (I think many other clinics would have pushed me towards IVF). Most of my appointments were with the lovely Dr Kaur who was SO informative and supportive. She helped me to keep a really positive attitude and always made me feel at ease. I became pregnant on my second round of IUI and now have a gorgeous 3-month-old boy who has already been back into the clinic to meet Dr Kaur who helped make him. I would certainly recommend Concept and Dr Kaur.
