This has been one of the worst clinic experiences I’ve ever had. There’s a serious lack of professionalism and urgency. Patients are left waiting for hours while staff appear to be joking around or taking extended breaks. It’s frustrating to see people show up to work and not take their responsibilities seriously especially in a healthcare setting where time and care actually matter. This kind of service really needs to improve.

Need faster service. For staff to do their job instead of talking about personal things. Wait time in patient room was ridiculous.

The one in North Canton Ohio might have the worst employees of any trade of any store of any state ever. I can’t believe these people get paychecks. I just sat for 1 hour and 15 minutes to take a urine screen and a physical and after 55 minutes I took the urine screen then after 1hr 10 minutes I finally walked out. I sat there while every single employee in there did absolutely nothing but sit on their phones. There were at least 7 other patients and not even 1 went back before I left

waited over 40mins for intake paperwork
then told nearly 2 hours before seen for drug screen and physical.
I had even called to ask what time work best for them and was assured mult times less than an hour.

It must be sad for these professionals to be forced to lie to the client by spoken word and written word, in order to keep their jobs.

They told me my BP was 212/150, and my EKG showed problems and ordered an ambulance to the ER. Emergency Room doctors said i had a normal EKG despite faulty Concentra paperwork did a complete blood panel, no abnormalities, total waste of money.

Absolutely Abysmal. Doctor after I had told him multiple times that I didn't want any problems getting my subscription for ibuprofen forwards it to the CVS in Miramar under the wrong code and this Veteran had to pay out of pocket for the medication which he DID NOT HAVE TO. Called management and spoke to Central Director Gina W and super nonchalant about the doctor dropping the ball and no compensation. If you need urgent services find somewhere else, trust me. Promised that Yelp huh Gina

It only gets worse. I was sent toxicology results via email on 7/27/25, all negative. Then I got an email today, 8/1/25 with a link to the toxicology results on their "Hub". The results on the "Hub" show that the TEST WAS CANCELED. I don't know for certain which "result" to believe. This company is inept at best, and should be avoided at all costs.

I called the Rocklin CA office at 8 am they wouldn't pick up the phone. I am now waiting 2 hours to see a doctor for a go back to work form. This is very frustrating and there are not enough seats in the waiting room. This is the lowest possible contract for cheap corporate bottom lines. And it shows I have my own doctor and can be seen in 15 mins. Why not here...because it's workman comp.

Band aid medicine. Used by large companies for workers comp. Sends workers back to work with major injuries. Pathetic.

Workers comp injuries? In KY you can pick your own doctor. Go to a specialist not a band aid nurse practitioner. Think about that. They are practicing while a doctor has a degree
