This so called company is just a con
Do no know the first thing about web design, but they do know how to take peoples money and do nothing but destroy their web site.

No good. After several attempts, I’ve had no help about why I can’t access my website? Had other people look into details.

Closed shop? I hope so. Look elsewhere.

There are other reputable companies out there.

"Unfortunately, my experience with this company was far from satisfactory. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the company failed to deliver. There was a complete lack of responsibility from their end, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
I found their customer service to be non-responsive, which only added to the stress of the situation. It’s disheartening when a company does not stand by its commitments or take responsibility for its mistakes.
In my opinion, this company’s practices border on being a rip-off and I feel like I’ve been scammed. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider other more reliable options before making a purchase from this company.

Recently I requested Comxdesign / Right Choice to give me the site file so my new website designer to take over the design which I paid in full and overpaid also as I don't trust these people. A guy by the name of Peter called me back and said after discussed with senior management team and concluded that if I removed the negative comment, they would give me the file. This is blackmail! And isn't this is against ASIC good business practice? I will file a formal complaint to fair trading.

If I could rate 0 star I would, the worse company I have dealt with so far, lots of promises but delivered crap, communication was so bad, we are still having issues after 6 months, and there’s a lot of hidden costs they hit you with after the crap job is done. Rubbish rubbish rubbish company they should not be in business

The worst company you could deal with. They can't follow simple requirements that a customer has in mind. Even They can't provide video calls for a customer to communicate and you can't call their phone numbers as they seem to be fake. Don't trust them and don't waste your money and time with these people.

They don’t keep what they promises, ComX wast my time and $200, No honesty, we had agreement with ComX to build my website and then lunch it on my own server, ComX happily agreed and asked me to pay 50%, but I paid $200 as first payment, after ComX finished the website, offer me to use their server, I asked to ComX to lunch it on my own server according to our agreement, ComX rejected to lunch it, forcing to use their server, very disappointing with ComX. Hope you learn some thing from this bad experience. I advices you to stay away from ComX. Imagine if I lunch my website on their server they will cause me more problems and dishonesty. (Eden)
