Dont bother with this company, i requested help in hemel hempstead and he did not have the decency or good manners to reply to me even after i left my e-mail address and my phone number

They were very helpful with sorting my Mac Book they were prompt with collection phoning me with updates and delivery back it now. Just like a new computer

An internet link problem suddenly occurred with my desktop pc. After contacting Tom the machine was quickly collected, the problem sorted out and delivered back within the time frame specified and I was kept up to date with progress.

Prompt and punctual service from Luke Day. He was extremely down to earth and comforting, since we are not confident I.T.users. Would highly recommend the service from Printech.

I had my laptop repaired as it needed a new memory drive and additional RAM. I expected my profile to be lost, but it was carefully saved and transferred to the new drive. My laptop now feels like a brand-new machine—exceptionally fast! I’m very impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend them.

When I first contacted Tom last summer about a laptop issue, he resolved it very quickly and also highlighted that I was paying for an unnecessary annual Microsoft licence. He advised switching to a perpetual licence instead, which I really appreciated and found extremely helpful.

In January, when my annual licence expired, the new licence didn’t activate as expected and I temporarily lost access to my Microsoft Office apps. While this was frustrating at the time, Tom acted immediately. He arranged for my laptop to be collected next day (Friday), worked on it over the weekend, and had it returned to me first thing Monday morning.

Although issues like this can happen with IT, what really stood out was how promptly and efficiently Tom resolved the problem. I’m very happy to recommend him and will continue to use his services whenever needed.

I have dealt with Tom and Luke on multiple occasions now, this being from having a failure within my computer, upto calling them for some minor technical support, all of which has been dealt with very quickly, and professionally, they collect your computer from your home and deliver it back once complete, it's made me look at them as trustworthy and efficient and I am not super clued up about pricing these days but what I was charged for the work seemed fair and looking at the price of the hardware I had replaced, I was very happy.

A couple of friendly, very knowledgeable guys that helped me promptly, and I will certainly be going to them when the next time occurs, whether it be an upgrade, maintenance or failure.

My external hard driver packed up on me with years of music and photos all lost .took it to one place .said couldn’t be repaired and transferred to new hard drive .
All was lost .after over a year without hundred of albums to to listen to some quite rare .really miss them .i tried again ,found computer repair man. Picked it up retrieved all music files ,transferred everything to a new hard drive absolutely over the moon , got my music back.

Tom's guy came to collect the defective Lenovo machine on time and then Tom himself explained to me what he'd found after testing. He advised that it was a budget machine which was basically worn out and replacing the computer with one of better quality, refurbed, would be best.

Tom was helpful, friendly and clear on what the problem was and how to fix it. Everything was dealt with quickly and professionally. I have used them a few times now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you.

We had a 2 year old laptop which previously had screen problems while under warranty and now kept overheating. Tom from Printech Alcester assessed the problems and said it wasn’t economic to repair. Instead he recommended trading in and going for a reconditioned laptop from a different brand and would transfer all our files and set ups to the replacement. We are absolutely delighted with the end result. Tom provided excellent service in every respect.

My husband and I had trouble with a pesky virus and were not sure what to do. I found Computer Repair Man on Google and gave them a call. So pleased I did, we had professional advice, the computer was collected and all was sorted within a week and returned to us and more importantly set up for us. Some weeks later we needed a new disc player for the same computer to view some old photos. Computer Repair Man was my first port of call and a new one was soon sourced and again brought to our home and set up for us. Excellent service and good advice throughout. Would highly recommend.

The guys took there time to try and fix my Chromebook trying to recover the operating system, despite their efforts it was not repairable but they asked for nothing for their time. Disappointed that the laptop could not be repaired, but nothing they could do, I was surprised when they asked for nothing for their time, fair play!

Transparent pricing, great communication and a pick up and delivery service. Really pleased with the service I received and would definitely use again.

Issue unresoleved.
1. When the PC was returned the side panel of the PC had been scratched while with the repairers. It wasn't pointed out to us when it was returned but I picked it up on inspection and the side had to be replaced by the computer repair guys.
2. The issue which was, apparently,software related wasn't resolved. It went out for diagnostics on the graphics card reading power and rendering and 2 days later, after the OC was returned we were having the same issues. We replaced the graphics card, solved! So in essence I wasted my money on a diagnostic.

No, I wouldn't use these guys again, Im affraid.

I tried to my my old PC repaired, but the news of it was not pleasing, Repair Man obtained a new pc for me, after a discussion of what specification I needed. Then after some teething troubles had been sorted out, I'm very pleased with the results. Tom from repair man was a great help, even if I was a nuisance.

Tom was very helpful advised to have my computer picked up instead of a house visit as the fault could be time consuming, He phoned back and advised me about the problem and I agreed for the work to be done.
Service was good and it was delivered back, very pleased with Tom.

When your teenager sits on your work laptop and breaks the screen, and you need it repaired, quick time at a good price, then Tom is your man. Quality service provided.
