Placed an order this morning and within 10 minutes the order was confirmed, paid for and ready to be shipped. Outstanding customer service by Steven and Matt.

I bought a screw compressor and drier from Compressor World. There were a few delays getting it delivered and started which required several calls to Mike. I found him very attentive and helpful - he contacted the manufacturer and prodded them along as needed to get everything done. He patiently answered my questions and directed me on various set up items. Bottom line is that the customer service from Mike was top notch and that alone makes them stand out. I have other expensive equipment on site, and very real experience of inept customer service and how frustrating that can be. I highly recommend these guys and I commend Mike.

Henry is awesome and a great resource and im happy someone like him is working in the company. It really gives it a good name.

Henry help me diag and repair my ELGI EN5 compressor over the phone. He guided me in the right direction and I was able to resolve the issue without additional issues. Compressor was up and running fast because of his help. Time is money here at my shop and he saved me from having to wait days for a tech to come and repair my unit. Thanks again for your help!!

Needed help with our compressor as it wouldn't turn on and had an overload error on it. Sent an email and within a couple of minutes Henry had called and started walking me through some things to check. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful. Within 15 minutes, we were back up and running.

He has the rare ability to be patient with questions while not wasting time drilling down to the important aspects of what needs to be done to get to the bottom line of a solution. I put him in the top 5% of representatives I've used through the course of my life to get from "A" to if not "Z" well along the way. This guy is valuable and you should know this...

The customer service was/is great. It took 48 hours from the first call to completing the financing to receiving a shipping confirmation. When the first unit arrived damaged from shipping a replacement was sent overnight and we had it the next day. And lastly the technical support throughout was very helpful and quick. Thank you

Henry recently walked me thru troubleshooting an issue with my air compressor. He was completely professional and patient with me as I had never had the compressor apart before. After we determined the problem, he gave me some ideas where I could purchase the parts and he wanted me to call him after I installed the parts, so that he knew whether or not we solved the problem. Not many customer service reps go that extra mile to help and I was very impressed and grateful for what he did for me. That is EXACTLY what customer service should be.

We had great difficulty obtaining the pump we ordered. Only after Henry Santos got involved did things get sorted out. Making matters worse, when the pump arrived it had been badly damaged in transit and again it was Henry to the rescue. Thanks Henry!!!
