Worst customer service ever!
I am a customer in the Swedish web shop and the service so far is crap. I ordered three items, received one of them and started to ask customer service when I could expect to receive the other two. For weeks now the say I must show a photo of the box the first item was delivered in. Well, since the box was in good shape I opened it and threw it away after seeing that I wanted to keep the item. That was three weeks ago and they go on and on about that they need to see that box. No apologies for the missing items (ordered on 4 Sep, said to be available for delivery in 1-2 days, still missing). No info that they are sending them to me. Just more questions about the box, today for the third time. Not ever going to buy anything from this firm again!!!
