Excellent customer service very helpful and very knowledgeable

Superb customer service from Charlie Ingham. Bought a pond vac online from Complete Koi and unfortunately the integrated pump ceased to function after approx 18 months. Emailed on the Sunday, got a reply from Charlie on Monday,kept me informed throughout and received a new replacement pump early Friday morning. Very happy customer

Excellent shop, tanks very clean with healthy looking fish. Staff are very helpful and the prices are very competitive.

I ordered an aquarium and had some issues with the cupboard not looking as it did on the website, no fault at all of completekoi it was the aquarium manufacturers issue.
Complete koi have been so helpful and sorted the issue within a couple of days, they were helpful, timely and so professional.

Would highly recommend them for aquarium purchases, advice and service.

Charlie at Complete Koi really is next level helpful. I had an awful experience with the delivery company used but he managed to get me in contact with them directly. The goods actually arrived damaged and he sent a full refund through straight away. Genuinely honest service.
