Order not delivered, no reaction on e-mails and messages
Placed an order 3 weeks ago, only got an order confirmation mail, after that complete silence, no confirmation about shipping or any order problems, nothing. Send them 3 e-mails and contacted them multiple times on Instagram in DM, but didn’t got any reaction. Now i feel a bit scammed. I’m not a fan of writing bad reviews, but if you don’t respond to your customers, i don’t have much choice.
