Having accepted that I have been scammed (thought I was buying 30 days supply got charged for 90!) I want to return these pills within the 60 day guarantee period I have tried for three weeks to find a telephone number for customer service. I have used a contact form to request an address for refund no reply to date. However I understand that the company deduct so much from the price you pay it barely seems worth it

Company name "Movemate" Advertised Keto Gummies via Fraudulent AI video re Sharks Tank endorsing this product. AI generated video claims endorsement by Shark Tank with Lori Grier and Kelly Clarkson. It was a pop up ad on Instagram. It was posted and then pulled immediately. This criminal alleges I cannot return the product without a special number written on the outside of the package in order for it to be accepted. He is full of it! No such policy posted anywhere. This criminal has come up with so many excuses as to why I cannot get a full refund. Repeatedly contradicts him or herself. The product shipped from San Francisco, CA. But a return gets shipped to New York? They tried to offer me a partial refund because the value me as a customer and because I made a mistake. Again, full of it. They have no intention of refunding anything. My credit card company and the Federal Trade Commission have been informed of this criminal. I'm also posting bad reviews on Google, YouTube, Instagram, Sitejabber and pissedcustomer.com. I could just take a drive to San Francisco too if it's even a legitimate address because the return address provided is not correct. They intentionally placed a dash in the numerical part of the street address. 192-14 Northern Blvd. Which complicates and delays the refund process or causes you to NOT meet the deadline for refund eligibility. Three different phone numbers were provided but, nobody answers the phone and nobody returns my calls. Also, I did not get a price on the products prior to being charged. It is not consistent with the promo that Lori Grier proposed. I didn't find out about any of these anomalies until after I made the purchase. The entire process is calculating!

I responded to an ad on Facebook that took me to The Daily Mail website. I ordered ONE bottle of ‘Best Beth Keto’ 60 capsules for around £30. I immediately got an email telling me the order was in the region of $250. I told them to cancel it but they said it had been dispatched. Really? Dispatched from America in seconds? I don’t think so. I told my credit card company to decline the payment but it went through anyway, along with a charge for the exchange rate. They refunded me awaiting a successful outcome. I received 6 bottles of ‘Keto’ and 3 bottles of ‘Cleanse’. I opened the box and rang the number for returns. It had a UK tel no and address. An American woman told me the address for returns was in Las Vegas. I rang M&S and they started a claim for me and told me to keep the products. Anyway after them fighting with the scammers for 6 months I won thankfully. I still have this product but now not sure whether to Jim them or take them.

An absolutely fantastic product. I have been taking the pills for 3 months and have lost 15kg. Really worthwhile purchase!

It started out as an order for a flowing incense burner ..within minutes after ordering at $19 i discovered that this so called relaxation blah blah burning incense thing was a health and environmental hazard i canceled the order.. two weeks later i got a email from "the comfort meditation.com" saying i had ordered a meditation app for $34.95 a month...checking with bank the company withdrawing the funds was "Keto fuel diet" phone # 903 485 1939 a utah #...i initiated a fraud action and cancelled my debit card.. this company operates with at least three different companys that will share your card # with others to scam you...Calling the Utah # there was some un-understandable gobbly gook and a hang up..stay away from all chinese companys is my advice to everyone...

Biggest rip-off I have ever seen. Do not buy this product, save your money.

Ordered active keto gummies and received completely different keto product. Difficult to speak to anyone. Returning product to Queensland for refund?? Ordered again to confirm I hadn't made a mistake and discovered confirmation of order was for different Keto product. Screen shot my order and copied and paste link as confirmation of what I had order which was different to what they were going to send me. Consider site deliberately deceptive.

Scam over charged wish had saw reviews. Out of pocket by ,£60. Don't order bunch of con artists They sent me much cheaper item not what I had ordered that could get on
eBay for £15 not the almost £200 they charged me!

Advert says free trial free postage in Daily Mail. Advertised in GBP but charged USD plus exchange fee. Now charged USD 101 for subscription not mentioned in advert or invoice for free trial. Have blocked further payment calls and will request MasterCard to refund scam USD 101. Dawn French slated this company last year but still adverts post her name . Scam Ripoff keep clear American company flouting UK law.

I can only endorse the negative comments made by numerous genuine people who have been conned out of their hard - earned money by this "Company". Fortunately I paid on my Credit Card and by actioning Section 75 I was able to recover the full amount I paid. The process took around 10 weeks and in this period the "Company" used every delaying tactic imaginable in the hope that I would give up - no chance!!!!!! If you are determined to waste around £200 of your money, why not donate to a charity of your choice? At least you will have the satisfaction of knowing that it will be valued, rather than lining the pockets of people who have no regards for other human beings.

Spent £29.99 and got charged £260. after 15 hours on phone to HSBC I got a refund of of $190 so I am still short.
Aviod Keto Elite and all its other names. They do not work.

If this happens to you go to your bank they will sort it out and get your money back.

Total scam. Needs investigating as this company takes money from your account fraudulently on an ongoing basis. Shame on you absolute crooks

I purchased through FB. Advertised as £39.76 TOTAL COST. Buy 3 get 2 free. I was charged £198.95. I called customer care and completely fobbed me off. Said all they would do is refund me usd123.00 I received an email confirming sent 25/4. To date I have not received and chased continuously by phone as not replying to my many emails. When you finally get to speak to someone you get the same story. Then on the 26/5 they took another payment of £198.85. I called again and they said it was a roll over subscription, which I never agreed too. I called back later fuming and demanded to speak to their supervisor (how strange they not available) I said call being recorded and finally spoke to someone in charge. After usual explaining again and again she said she woujd send usd123.00 and usd246.01 (£198.85) and send me email immediately to say it’s been referred to accounts and will receive a E Cheque by email within 10days. Not looking hopeful as I’ve not received the email she promised to send once the call ended. My bank has stopped further payments but unable to take action.
